I based this documentation entirely off of the previously filed tax documents and professional advice she had given me, but she had genuinely forgotten such even occurred... After a mild argument about such where I was treated with a very condescending tone, she hung up the phone on me altogether. Nevertheless, I provided her with the various revisions she requested later that evening, but the following morning I was notified that she would no longer be providing tax preparation services via email. I called her office the next morning to discuss the issue in order to not dissolve a six (6) year relationship over one trivial phone call. The secretary stated that she was currently busy, and that she would return my call once available. Onie never returned my call. I understand that she is very busy and seemed quite stressed at the time of our last phone call, but I find the entire handling of the situation to be extremely unprofessional.
