I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!

Management was friendly when I signed up. Had to re-locate to this one after the one in St. Charles closed down. They only have one power rack (plus a Smith, which I don't count). There's no deadlift platform, nor are there bumper plates. Fortunately, it has been pretty empty when I've gone, so there hasn't been a wait for the one rack. Ideally, though, they would get rid of the single-use bench, (or just move it over by the dumbells) and invest in another power rack like the one by the bathrooms. That way you could squat, bench, or press in both locations (or deadlift, since there's no platform). Oh yeah, of the two barbells, the gray one is in passable condition, but the chrome one is bent to the point that it is visible to the naked eye--so might not want to squat with that one. Overall though, it has worked ok when I've been here, so 4 stars.

The gym is super CLEAN, brand new equipment (with tvs on all cardio machines) and pretty quiet. The trainer is awesome if you want to guage how to train. The owner is really friendly. I would highly recommend frequenting this gym if you don't want the crazy atmosphere that most gyms have. Equipment is always available for use, compared to that of Club Fitness or other busy gyms. 5 star gym for sure!

This location left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll be canceling my membership and moving over to Crunch Fitness or Lifetime. If you're going to stay a member, stick with other locations. Club on K in O'Fallon is much better and the staff are great. It's also much bigger.

The trainers are all excellent if that's your thing, but the atmosphere for solo workouts is what really drew me in. The gym is clean, well-stocked on amenities, and you have access to just about every piece of equipment you can think of despite their small footprint. The best part though is that I NEVER encountered a big crowd. At my previous gym in Los Angeles I was paying 6 times the amount per month to wait in line for free weights. Here I could crank out a full workout at any time of day (thanks to their 24-hour access for members) with no hassle or queues. When I come back around to visit family over the holidays, Titanium will be my one and only fitness stop.
