Given those who responded, Craig 's estimate for cost and time required to perform the work was the most attractive. As for the time required to perform the work, around lunchtime on 6 February 2020, I handed it to him and around lunchtime of the next day, I got it from him. As for the cost, the actual cost was less than the estimated cost. I inspected and tested the product (my laptop), it looked good and passed my tests. In conclusion, for service performance and product quality, I gave him five stars.

I was introduced to Capital Practice Consulting through Heather at our networking group. Many of…read morethe members had glowing reviews of how she helped them grow their business. As a start-up small fitness business, I knew I needed to market myself on social media and online but didn't have a plan. Before we even met she gave me a to do list to get me on Google maps and Yelp. We sat down and she helped me craft a marketing plan, selling packages, discussed best social media practices and even taught me how to edit my website SEO to attract more people from the internet. I now have a plan for growing my business and I recommend them to anyone looking for marketing advice or help.

I knew that my almost 15 year old website needed updating, but wasn't sure exactly where I wanted to go with it. Ben was great in helping me sort through the various options and come up with a design that looks simple, fresh, and modern. He knew exactly what questions to ask and to push me to think outside the box a bit. He even suggested that I have a new company logo designed to better match the website, and I'm so glad I did. I love the finished result. It was a pleasure working with Ben. He made a potentially difficult process quite painless.

I had thousands of files on the drive, so the scan took a whole day, but Kazi remained very professional and his communication was awesome as he explained everything and provided me with timely updates. Unfortunately he wasn't able to salvage all of the files (something he mentioned might be the case with corrupted USB files since they are literally not backed up anywhere else). The $40 he charged me for the job was well worth it, because getting a great majority of them back instead of nothing is a success in my book; especially when I'm in the midst of launching a blog! Thanks Kazi, I'll be back!

Xerox WC 6515DNI Printer Not Working…read more Omid visited as promised and was timely. He's very professional and easy to speak with. He doesn't mind answering questions and engaging with the client. As with any technology, one never really knows what the issue might be that is causing the problem. At the outset, Omid thought it might be the fuser but after testing the printing using the bypass paper tray, and the print job completing, he quickly ruled out it being a fuser issue. At this point he did some research on his phone and then did a soft reset on the printer. Unbelievably it resolved my printer printing issue that I was having from using the main paper tray. He couldn't be sure as to why the printer settings were corrupted and had to be reset, but who cares at this point because I had been faced with buying a fuser, a new printer or any other expensive part. Most importantly I didn't have to continue going to the library to print anymore at $.15/page. I highly recommend Omid and his company.
