When I asked her about a certain skin condition she didn't try to sell me a product but acknowledged that it was very hard to treat and there was nothing "magic" out there to fix it. So I really trust her recommendations, besides just loving the oil she makes and sells. This IS a tiny shop, but make sure to stop by if it's open.
