The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. *Flowers In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. However, this was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the amount of flowers that should have at least been in the arrangement! My MIL is newly widowed and this would have been her first Valentine's day without my father-in-law who normally sends her a beautiful arrangement of flowers. After seeing what was delivered by The Open Window, I was completely CRUSHED!! I feel that my MIL did not get anywhere near the amount of flowers for the price of a DELUXE arrangement... This was definitely NOT an arrangement my father-in-law would have sent her had he not passed away suddenly from cancer... A Korean vet, symbolic things like having the flags in the right place at the cemetery on holidays really mattered to him. And so it was that it was time for me to order my very first memorial wreath for the man I looked up to all those years. Recommended to The Open Window by a local friend (I live in California), I spoke to Audra and she guided me through the entire order. The wreath came out beautifully, and was so perfectly arranged, as if I had chosen the flowers myself. Living so far away, sometimes life can be tough on moments like this. But I highly recommend The Open Window to take care of you as they will take care of you well. Oh, and both Audra (and Leisa the owner) texted me photos of the wreath as it was completed in the shop for my approval. And again when they laid it at my Father's VA marker (mounted at the cemetery just that day.) Very grateful. I will ring them next year, I'm sure.
