I was very excited for this place to open since I've been watching them build it for a while now. Well today I saw they were open. It says they open at 10 so about 1015 I went up to grab a seat. They informed me that they just opened about 20 minutes ago and the rolls weren't ready yet and to return at 11. I returned at 11 and took my seat. The rolls were good but they weren't the best I've had and there wasn't a ton of variety. I waited for a while for one of the pink plates and it never came. I was also surprised at the cost. It ended up being more than I expected. I have eaten at Hoshi Sushi for less and there was able to order the exact rolls I wanted. All it all it is a good place to go if you don't have time to sit down and order but just know that the bill quickly adds up. The server was great. There were only a handful of tables when I was there but she was pretty attentive. read more
