The service was amazing, having the head chef come out and share his recommendations and accommodate us is always a plus. Everything here is fresh. How do I know? There's a window to watch your food being made from your seat. Every bite got to be savored as one would while discovering and traveling. It's a meal I won't forget due to the taste, hospitality, and flavor of the whole experience. I ventured from the presets and ended up doing my own three course meal. First up was shrimp and sea scallops appetizer, which had a flavorful green sauce, perfectly cooked protein, and garnished beautifully. This set up high expectations for the meal. Next up was Pappardelle with Aubergine. Roasted pine nuts and hand pulled pasta together was a combo I never realized worked well like this! Plated beautifully and savored every bite. Finally my main was an Orange Duck Breast. The mix of flavors from the Apple, orange, carrots with the perfectly rare duck breast topped it all up for me.
