But stumbled upon this place after getting taken for a ride for buying these infamous shortbread cookies, another long story, another review next time. Happy is very professional and proud of the fabrics, everything as their name suggests, is custom. Of course Herman would know, judging fr his suits too lol. I actually visited another half dozen other tailors but his service stood out the best, so no need to write any more reviews on the others. I've got plenty as it is, right.

We were visiting Hong Kong on business and we all bought suits and custom shirts. Visited on a Tuesday and went back on Wednesday for first fitting and then final fitting on Friday with chance for one more adjustment to pick up before we head out on Saturday. One quick train stop away from admiralty train station downtown and had a great time hanging out and becoming friends with everyone there. Highly recommended no pressure and learned a lot about fabrics, fit, and custom tailoring.

One of the best service I've received at a luxury boutique-- it was a pleasant surprise. Especially…read morein a foreign country and you don't speak the language. There was a line but it moved pretty quick. The boutique had two levels so there is a good selection. Cherry Fu was our advisor and she was incredible. She knew what items I was talking about and brought them out and a ton of other similar styles for us to choose from. What blew me away was her bringing out so many items all at once and letting us have our pick. A lot of boutiques literally bring out one item at a time and then quickly tuck it back in the drawers/inventory. She was friendly, knowledgble, and gave her own thoughts on the items and never once did it feel pushy. It was refreshing having an advisor like this! I wish I live in Hong Kong so she could be my go-to whenever I shop.

The merchandise is of the highest quality. You are assigned an associate when you enter and he/she will help you with the different styles/sizes and colors. You can take your time and never feel rushed. Definitely a very pleasant shopping experience.

The worst shopping experience I've ever had. The sales…read moreassociate -- I think her name was Judy or Jedd -- was incredibly pushy and made the entire visit uncomfortable. She followed me around the store, constantly pressuring me to make a purchase and even tried to rush me to the checkout. She repeatedly misled me about a VIP promotion, claiming I'd get a coupon I could use right away. When I asked if it applied to the lipsticks I was interested in, she said yes -- but conveniently failed to mention it was only valid on a $150 minimum purchase and limited to certain brands. After I spent time carefully picking out items, the cashier informed me the coupon couldn't even be used on most of them. It felt like the whole thing was just a tactic to boost her commission before the end of her shift. I honestly don't understand how a major store would hire someone like that -- dishonest, aggressive, and clearly not focused on customer experience.

So what puts the 'Supreme' in this Sasa outpost? According to their website, it's a concept store providing a comprehensive cosmetics selection in addition to beauty and styling services. What I noticed: an open layout, tons of space to roam without bumping elbows with anyone, so many more products than the regular Sasa stores, and better product availability within certain cosmetic lines. I didn't end up going home with any cosmetics (I tend to prefer department store lines), but I did find my beloved Nuxe line and at a very competitive price offering. I took home a large shower gel and a shampoo for about $225 HKD - not bad for this French line that smells sensual yet fresh (in a 'warm' kind of way) at the same time. I also have the perfume (purchased in Paris) and so many strangers stop me to inquire about my fragrance. It's a good one! I'll definitely be back when it's time to get my hands on more Nuxe goodies.
