They were not very busy when I arrived so they took him right in. I heard him yipe a couple of times when they started doing his claws. But, I also could hear that they stopped immediately to comfort him and tried a new approach. When he came out, he was a happy, clean dog that wasn't leaving a trail of fur behind him! Yeah!
