I told Kisha that I had been having a hair time with my hair being dry, she said that she could use Opalex in the bleach and that would help minimize the damage. The first appotiment I leave with brassy red and wet hair. I ask her to fix the bassyness so I come back after hours for her to fix the issue. She re-bleaches my hair and applies 2 tonners to try and fix the red/orange color. I still end up leaving the salon with almost the same color that I walked in with. I come back for a third time and decide that maybe bleach is not for me so I say "lets just go back to the brown color". She ends up putting a dimi-die on it and now I am left with the brassy red/orange color on the bottom and spots in the color where she had previously bleached and didn't cover with the die. I have NEVER had any issues with my hair from any other stylist. I asked for a refund or a partial refunded because frankly my hair looked better walking into the salon then walking out even after 3 separate times trying to fix it. She said no because she used more products then what the total cost of getting my hair done/fixed. I would go to her for any hair needs.
