She is no longer there, so I gave the other stylists a chance. I have been repeatedly let down. Today, something horrible happened me. They turned me down for an emergency color. I still intended on purchasing the product. The owner approached me and said this was "awkward." Poor choice of words. It wasn't awkward. I had to chop it off after my last visit. I don't actually want them touching my hair, but due to lack of options I felt I had no choice. They are gossipy, and rude.
