I suggest bringing your own needs and do not expect to find many carts. The location is fantastic to do a quick walk-about of the downtown area while waiting. :-)

Lately I have had two instances where I needed their tailor's help on short notice. Not only has he dealt with me one on one,.....he has gone out of his way to find solutions to my issues and always with a smile and on a very timely basis. The shirt was brand new, but when I picked it up, it had worn out collar edges and a long streak down the front side. Ruined. Though I was cordial when bringing up this issue, the manager mocked my disappointment. The manager and clerk made several different excuses, including blaming it on me, and refused to replace my new shirt or take ownership over their mistake. With wrangling I eventually got a refund for (just) the drycleaning fee.
