To live but just no. The manager. Don't take no bs. And is strict. When it comes to enforcing the rules. She does her best to make sure it's a safe and livable place for u and ur family. So if u do drugs party and break the rules. Then this is not a place for u. You will be evicted. Maintenance. Is excellent. If u have a problem with any maintenance issues it is fixed. Within a few hrs or next day depending. On how serious the issue. Is. The teants there are awsome. There is of course a few bad apples in the bunch that. Is always. Trying to get u in trouble. And complain about everything but those ppl know who they are. But there is always a bad apple some where. The maintenance man. Was always nice . And when. Entering ur apt. For maintenance issues. When he is done he makes sure that. The issue is fixed. And cleans up his mess. When done. The property is well maintained. Only issue they have is. The cabinets and counters in the apartments are in desperate. Need of upgrading. Due to the age. Of apartments. But management has been trying very hard to have this issue dealt with. * DO NOT RENT HERE ** My son, an Army veteran, had to move…read moreout early on his 6-month lease to care for his nearly incapacitated grandfather and the apartment complex is requiring him to pay two months rent and a ~ $1,000 penalty for a total of $3,000. He paid what he could afford, $1,000 penalty and now in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic they sent a collections agency after him. Their heartless greed is only exceeded by their dishonesty and belief that all renters are stupid - Management: "Contracts can't be changed", "I have to satisfy my shareholders", "We will not attempt to rent your vacated apartment so you have to pay the full ~$3,000"... Additionally, these basic, (no washer or dryer), moldy (my son's apartment had documented mold when he moved in), apartments are grossly overpriced. Save yourself $, hassle and having to deal with dishonest management.

Was going to rent for a year but they wanted $2,400+ per month for a 12 month lease vs. $1,600+ a…read moremonth for a nine month lease. Said they had too many units coming due in 12 months so they were charging more to do a longer lease. Would have been more convenient a location for us but we ended up getting a new place elsewhere for about the same as a 9 month lease for 12 months. Had phone problems when we were ready to lease and couldn't get them to call back to discuss what we needed when we needed it.
