Somebody came 20 minutes into previews and swept the corner by the stairway for 1 minute and left. Popcorn stale and cold. Side of nacho cheese tasted expired and butter on popcorn was off. Also if you don't purchase one of these overpriced snacks they don't even check tickets. Definitely understaffed and management doesn't care about the state of their theaters.

Not sure how this happens but even the movie screen was filthy! You could see the dirt and water marks running down the screen. To top it off the staff looked like they hated their job. The place got busy and there was only 1 person helping. This theater has so much potential but seriously lacks management or owner direction! They're "did this render on a calculator." It's giving PS1. It's giving early Tomb Raider triangles. Pointy mountains. Flat water. Characters moving like they're buffering. I kept waiting for it to level up and it never did. It felt less like immersive VR and more like I paid to watch someone's unfinished game demo in a headset. And that's what makes it frustrating. The seats and the setup scream "this is about to be Soarin'." Like Disney California Adventure. Wind. Depth. Realism. That feeling where your stomach drops and you forget you're in a room. Instead I got "high tech seats" attached to low-tech visuals. Like putting a spoiler on a Prius and calling it a race car. The experience is clunky too. The motion doesn't match the visuals well enough to sell the illusion. So you're not transported. You're just... aware. Aware of the headset. Aware of the chair. Aware you spent real money to time travel backwards in graphics history. This should be breathtaking. It's barely "interesting." It's the kind of VR where you start roasting it mid-ride. Quietly. To yourself. Like, "oh wow, look at that polygon. She's thriving." If there was a "skip cutscene" button, I would've pressed it with my soul. Now here's the twist. The staff is the best part of the entire place. Super helpful. Genuinely kind. Patient. They felt bad that the VR wasn't hitting and you could tell they were trying to make it right with hospitality alone. That's rare. They're the reason I'm not giving this place a full villain edit. Restrooms were decently cleaned. Not sparkling, but respectable. Minus a couple moments that made me wash my hands like I was prepping for surgery. Bottom line. Come with zero expectations for the VR. Like subterranean expectations. If they ever upgrade the content, this could be amazing. Right now it's a tech tease with bargain-bin visuals. Staff deserves a raise for carrying the whole thing on their backs. It's giving... Avatar prices with Minecraft graphics. It's giving... Soarin' from Temu.

Went to see the new Toy Story movie last night. I asked if I could still get popcorn and they told me no they were closed and there was still popcorn in the machine which really didn't make sense since they just helped the people in front of me. Not once did anybody tell me hey I'm sorry ma'am, but we're closing and that the people in front of you were the last ones we were going to help, no communication , lack of communication and customer service. I spend a lot of money at this theater and that was the worst service I've had.

Seating options are between the couches at the top or the old style seating in between, we sat in between and had lots of leg and arm room between eachother and the seats are very comfy. The sound in the theater was better than some of the major theaters I've been too. If we are back this way and on this side of the lake again, I would return for sure.

You could tell it's been awhile since they cleaned the toilets and mopped the floors, there was a visible pink ring around the toilet water. There was no paper towels and when I used the restroom after the movie, there was still no paper towels. The movie sound was very low as well. The seats and trays are nice, but I wouldn't use their restroom.

This used to be my favorite but now my favorite…read moreis on Greenback because they have heated seats and have a self serve butter machine that this location does not. At least they have trays connected to the seats as some locations do not. They did reupholster the seats. Last time I came they were peeling very bad. Service is friendly enough. Its clean inside. Oh and not sure if its because i chose the first showing but its freezing in here! I even brought a blanket and my toes are frozen brrr! Lastly the movie club is worth it if you like going to the movies because concessions are 20% off.
