Just standing there with a blank stare. Theater was an absolute mess. Waited for someone to sweep or take out the trash all over the floor. Somebody came 20 minutes into previews and swept the corner by the stairway for 1 minute and left. Popcorn stale and cold. Side of nacho cheese tasted expired and butter on popcorn was off. Also if you don't purchase one of these overpriced snacks they don't even check tickets. Definitely understaffed and management doesn't care about the state of their theaters.

They're "did this render on a calculator." It's giving PS1. It's giving early Tomb Raider triangles. Pointy mountains. Flat water. Characters moving like they're buffering. I kept waiting for it to level up and it never did. It felt less like immersive VR and more like I paid to watch someone's unfinished game demo in a headset. And that's what makes it frustrating. The seats and the setup scream "this is about to be Soarin'." Like Disney California Adventure. Wind. Depth. Realism. That feeling where your stomach drops and you forget you're in a room. Instead I got "high tech seats" attached to low-tech visuals. Like putting a spoiler on a Prius and calling it a race car. The experience is clunky too. The motion doesn't match the visuals well enough to sell the illusion. So you're not transported. You're just... aware. Aware of the headset. Aware of the chair. Aware you spent real money to time travel backwards in graphics history. This should be breathtaking. It's barely "interesting." It's the kind of VR where you start roasting it mid-ride. Quietly. To yourself. Like, "oh wow, look at that polygon. She's thriving." If there was a "skip cutscene" button, I would've pressed it with my soul. Now here's the twist. The staff is the best part of the entire place. Super helpful. Genuinely kind. Patient. They felt bad that the VR wasn't hitting and you could tell they were trying to make it right with hospitality alone. That's rare. They're the reason I'm not giving this place a full villain edit. Restrooms were decently cleaned. Not sparkling, but respectable. Minus a couple moments that made me wash my hands like I was prepping for surgery. Bottom line. Come with zero expectations for the VR. Like subterranean expectations. If they ever upgrade the content, this could be amazing. Right now it's a tech tease with bargain-bin visuals. Staff deserves a raise for carrying the whole thing on their backs. It's giving... Avatar prices with Minecraft graphics. It's giving... Soarin' from Temu.

You could tell it's been awhile since they cleaned the toilets and mopped the floors, there was a visible pink ring around the toilet water. You head in if you already purchased your tickets (which we did) and they print them out for you. The snack counter was fast and easy and the made sure people were not waiting long. There is also a bar if you want alcohol. The food comes out fast or they have pizza or hotdogs that you can grab from the warmers. The theater was clean and the seats were a little on the older side but still comfy. They also have a little rotate tray thing that you can put your food on. Not a bad theater to come to.
