We went back and forth with them and I just felt the manager was coming up with Bull$&@? to not let us get in. We decided we didn't wanna live somewhere the manager can't treat people fairly so we looked elsewhere and found a nicer apartment. Still have no idea why we were very polite and had no issues with them at all.

They do not charge a deposit but they do charge a credit check of about 75 per person (even if you are a married couple) and charge about 220 in application fee. All of which are non-refundable. Dishonest management. They claimed they were holding the apartment for us when we never signed a lease or even officially applied for a lease or sent them proof of employment, all of which is needed for the application to be processed and to move in!!! Very dishonest. Refused to refund the application fee. My opinion, better to pay a deposit, as at least it is refundable. Located near the train tracks and not far from low income housing. People in the city all say this is a sketchy place to be and management is very difficult to deal with. There are other much better options in the city.

Cannot stress that enough. I can hear my neighbor turn on the vacuum. Several tenants have demanded to be let out of lease or be moved to top floor. Dog poop everywhere. Advertises gated community, but the gates stay open Monday-Friday until dusk, and Saturday until 5pm. Gates are frequently broken (for 3 weeks once). No workout room (although they have been saying they will add one for 2 years). Pool is nice and kept clean. Office not open on weekends. Supposed to open at 8am during the week, however, usually nobody there at 8am even though manager lives on-site. Place has a 65 pound on dogs, but there are several living there that exceed the weight limit. No storage closets. No laundry facility. If curb appeal is most important, this is best in Thomasville. Make sure you get top floor. Otherwise, go with one of the older apt complexes.

What I remember, these apartments are only a couple years old, but are already fairly full--especially the 2 BR that we were looking for. It's a very neat and clean community and the office is very organized. They only have 2 buildings but plans to expand are in the works. There are 3 levels of the current buildings with one underground space for parking per apt. If you have 2 or more vehicles, there are plenty of spaces just past the underground area. Inside the apartment (we saw the 2 br model) the style flows beautifully with hardwood floors to greet you. The kitchen is spacious with gorgeous granite counter tops and all black appliances. The two bedrooms were separated by a livingroom with storage on either side. A nice feature was the separate laundry room. Would recommend for anyone--families, professional couples, and dog lovers as there is an actual dog park on the premises.
