First thing we wanted to start with was the ceramic floor tiles in the bathroom that were cracking because our shower floor had a crack in it and water was leaking under the ceramic tile. He's like OK I can do that! so we hire him pay him some money upfront because we live a little bit away from him. he comes in first thing he does is the hallway floor for whatever reason starts painting the hallway, then goes in and tears up the tile in the bathroom and never comes back. I have contacted him multiple, multiple times the last four months and every time I get yes I'm coming back. I'll be there next weekend that weekend would come And He doesn't show up again. Get back with him and same thing, he says Yes I'm coming back. I'll be there this date that day comes. He doesn't show up this last go around He says I'll be there this weekend, on Saturday around noon I text him like are you not coming? Brandon text back saying that he was in a car accident. he even sent a picture of a leg in a cast. The photo was obviously fake. You could just tell so. I searched it up on Google image search and the exact same photo was the first one that popped up so then I confronted him on that and said oh that's really funny that the same exact photo is on Google. Quality: 1) Covering the pierce point with the drip guard did not happen because a stiff steel drip guard was installed instead of a flexible aluminum guard. Two of four down spouts were installed in different orientations than the ones they replaced without any consultation with me. 2) The sales representative proposed locations for the two exhaust fans based on aesthetics and not cooling effectiveness. After the fans were installed, I could see that the installation was not optimal for cooling. In addition, the installed fans were smaller than the fans specified in the contract. And when the correct size fans were delivered, they were not correctly configured with regard to remote/wired on/off control. At that point, Reliable Roofing & Construction refused to do further work and demanded final payment less the labor and material charges associated with the two attic exhaust fans. Value: Considering the issues presented above, I rate the value as less than satisfactory.
