Additionally I had them remove my sunken walkway leading to my front door and replace it; and had them "flip my strip". They removed all existing sod in my park strip, capped sprinklers, graded, installed industrial grade weed barrier and landscape rocks. All this in 3.5 days. They worked hard! In two weeks after the pad has fully cured they will be back to apply a new coating on my foundation. (The earthquake in 2020 caused the old coating to crack and pull away). It was so much unusable space for such a small patio area. And in the front our driveway was sinking and there was a weird step up to the main door that was at an angle and a safety hazard. So after we demoed the backyard ourselves we hired Lee to lay down stamped stained concrete over the entire backyard (wrapping around the side), new concrete steps up to the back door, replace the driveway in the front and fix the front door step. When we pulled up the back deck to our surprise, we also found out there was an old severely sloping drainage grate under it. Lee leveled everything so that it would drain into this hole more gently so that the whole area was flat and usable and then installed a fresh smaller box. He took the time to think through how to work out our irrigation under the concrete and how the concrete would come up to the fence. They also pulled the bush in the front and the small old concrete slab in the back for us. On top of all the careful detail on the texture and saw lines, Lee's team went above and beyond and got the job done in about a week! We really couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. It is now beautiful, functional space.

I am very detailed oriented, so I made sure the quote and contract contained ALL of my expectations. I was also present for the work everyday to both ask questions and to answer questions. This helped to avoid miscommunication/misunderstanding issues a couple of times. This is important for all contractors in my opinion. Based on the other reviews, I would suggest you do the same no matter what contractor you use. Kiesha's sons and brother finished the job a few days early (quoted as a two week job). I asked for a change order mid way through, which they gave a fair price on. No one is perfect so here are my only suggestions for how they can improve. Visual quality of the work performed is 4 stars, and clean up after the job is 4 stars. For the low price they gave me, this is not a problem. Despite these shortcomings, the value they provided was by far the best deal! All other aspects of my experience was 5 stars!!! They are all very nice people, and I was happy to give them business.

She said she couldn't give me an exact price for the concrete job because she claimed the cost of concrete was constantly changing. The finishing work was subpar. Numerous slabs are wavy, chipping, cracking, pitting, indentations, off-colored concrete, finish marks, etc. There are over 100 feet of concrete and issues in each section. I contacted Keisha numerous times about the cracks and poor quality, including the sinking of the patio and the 24-foot-long crack. I emailed her shortly after the work was completed and throughout 2023, asking her to fix the concrete. When she finally came over she tried blaming some of the driveway indentations on a cat, which they were not. She was very dismissive about the cracks, wavey concrete, etc. I ended up taking her to court, where I was awarded a judgment against her. I also found out through the Division of Professional Licenses that her insurance had expired in 2019, even though she claimed she was insured. I would not hire her. As of April 2024, she is not licensed in Utah.
