09-11-2013: Few complaints such as serious roach infestation; only one maintenance man to care for the whole complex in which he goes from one unit to another without fully getting one unit taken care of before having to go take care of a worse problem at another unit; was promised a spotless move in but l'm having to do a lot of scrubbing and disinfecting roach poop build up off of and around cabinets and doors; can see where maintenance painted over some areas of roach poop build up around pantry door instead of cleaning it down before painting and also where dust build up was painted over as well. Aside from the few problems that I am taking care of myself and the unfinished things that maintenance will get too after all the more important things get fixed I am satisfied here. Over all it is a nice place to live. I am glad that the more important things get taken care of ASAP even if it does mean having to wait on little things. As far as the roach problem in my unit I am now roach free due to a good proper soaking of every crack and crevice with Ortho Home Defense. read more
