Truthfully, I have nothing bad to say about the practice itself. The dentists and hygienists are amazing. However, unfortunately I had a very negative experience here recently as I was trying to discuss some concerns about COVID with the office. My concerns were very minimized, as I tried to discuss with both front office staff and over social media. Though I asked very valid questions about COVID and their policies in a very respectful way, they did not respond to any of my comments, then subsequently blocked me from their social media site (as I was later told they did not believe I was a patient there). NO apologies for their actions and no follow up on their end. As a person that is extremely high risk for COVID and could have devestating effects, I am so sad that my concerns were not validated, to where I could feel safe coming in. I am feeling extremely upset about this and will be leaving the practice most likely after being a patient there for 25+ years. Horrible experience. No patient should ever feel dismissed and unvalidated. Terrible treatment of your patients. Whoever does their social media was completely unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves. If a tech at this office tells you they checked your insurance to make sure a certain procedure is covered, don't take their word for it. The billing department is also exceedingly obstinate about fixing those mistakes. I don't plan to return. read more

I went to Pine Ridge Dental because these folks take my insurance, have evening and weekend hours and I'd read other reviews about them. I had to have a procedure done and being dentophobic, I didn't know what to expect. They have a tv above the dental chair with headphones. No shots needed -I swished with a numbing rinse and the staff was friendly and courteous. Also, nice amount of parking. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Fariba for well over 10 yrs! It is a great office. Knows what your insurance will cover and has 2 locations so if you can't get your first choice for the specific day you want, you can go to the other. All physicians are great!! read more

Had a crown installed multiple times. First time it lasted 6 months. Then had it repaired and it lasted a year. It has never been right. Went back to have it replaced and they want me to pay again. Will never go back to pine ridge fetal. They do not back up there work!! read more

Cozy friendly dentist office! My family has been coming to them for 25 years and they are amazing. Becca was my dental hygienist today and she is so gentle and really nice too. The whole staff is wonderful, I don't even mind that's it's a 40 minute drive to get to my appointment. Highly recommend! read more

I've been going to PRD since I was about 12 years old, of course until I was about 20 it was under my parents insurance and I never had any problems, got married and have since been under my husbands private insurance still going to PRD and now my husband is as well. Had no problems getting him his first appointment, or any since then. We now have two kids together and I just called to make my sons first ever dentist appointment with them (our children have medicaid, we do not) and they said "were accepting new patients, but not new patients with medicaid" and I then asked how much it would cost without insurance and she said $158 (if I remember correctly) I said okay can we just make an appointment and pay without insurance then? She said no, because he has medicaid....at that I was confused. Now keep in mind they ARE listed on a government website list of dentists that accept medicaid and its stated on this website that one of the four dentists listed is accepting new patients also this website was updated 4 days ago. So I then asked for how long they would not be accepting medicaid insured patients, (she got short with me) and she replied - and I quote "indefinitely". Which makes me question why they still have themselves listed on this website (that was updated 4 days ago) as accepting medicaid because if you're a new patient who just so happens to have medicaid even if you don't want to use your insurance you can not be seen. So we either have to find our children a new dentist, because they're now discriminating against medicaid insured folk, and my husband and I continue at PRD or find a new dentist for all of us. Keep in mind I've been going to PRD for at least 15 years myself and my husband now for 6-7. All in all this irritation could have been avoided if they wouldn't have had themselves listed on this website claiming to accept patients with medicaid when they in fact "indefinitely " do not. I understand that any practice can refuse to take medicaid and that's fine, but its when they're claiming to accept it still and no longer do accept new patients that it gets fishy. Just because you have old patients with medicaid who you're still servicing because you have to doesn't mean you should list yourself as "accepts medicaid" because well, you're not accepting medicaid patients indefinitely... The fact that he was refused service and we couldn't pay out of pocket JUST because he has medicaid is outrageous to me. I was thinking, so I have to cancel his medicaid just so he can go to this dentist? If he didn't have medicaid and didn't have dental insurance he could be seen but because he has medicaid he can not? Really bad set up they have going on there... How can you say you accept medicaid when you won't even service someone who has it JUST because they have it even though they don't want to use it? read more

I LOVE my Dental office and the staff is so caring and professional. Dr. Rich Nolte takes great care of my entire family and has a special, gentle way with children. I've sent many friends to Pine Ridge Dental and they have all returned smiling. Once I took my son after a bad fall on his bike, the care he received was extraordinary. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Pine Ridge Dental. They have two offices and great hours. read more
