The staff goes above and beyond to help residents and the maintenance staff are always on hand, even after hours! There is a beautiful heated salt water pool and gas grills along the outdoor patio space. My apartment is open and spacious with Energy Star rated appliances that keep my utility costs down. I love my loft! It's so cozy and comfortable. The over sized windows make my apartment light and cheery. Stafford Preserve is a wonderful place to call home.

They have many models to choose from. This active community features two clubhouses with many great amenities including an indoor Olympic sized swimming pool, outdoor pool, billiards, craft and game rooms, etc. The community is very active with bowling , ping-pong & boccie and other sports. Residents can get involved in many of the committees from their community newsletter to being on the association board. My parents live in this community and have made many friends and really enjoy their home.

Once I had my first born I was transferred to a 2 story 2 bedroom luckily within a month of the request. It's perfect for my little family, I've been able to make a condo feel like a home. Staff and maintenance crew are always friendly, prompt and efficient especially Evana that woman goes above and beyond for me. I love having the park, the pool, the fenced in dog area, clubhouse and the recycling center all within a short walking distance. Updates of any changes are always mass emailed to stay up to date and any issues I have from daily wear at home, even something as small as a lightbulb, are always addressed same week. My neighbors are beyond friendly but at the same time everyone stays to themselves which is ideal. I have no issues with parking spots and guests always have plenty of open spaces near my door. I have nothing but great things to say that's why we've been here 5 years!

This is a 55 plus building which has no power doors and only a few hours of parking in the handicap parking space. The management never answer the emergency phone number and do not reply to emails. Other than that it is a great place to hang out especially in the club house which has four barbeques that don't work and three fire pits of which only one works as well as two tv where only one works.
