I've been in other apartments so having washer dryer and all appliances in house was fantastic. Once I had my first born I was transferred to a 2 story 2 bedroom luckily within a month of the request. It's perfect for my little family, I've been able to make a condo feel like a home. Staff and maintenance crew are always friendly, prompt and efficient especially Evana that woman goes above and beyond for me. I love having the park, the pool, the fenced in dog area, clubhouse and the recycling center all within a short walking distance. Updates of any changes are always mass emailed to stay up to date and any issues I have from daily wear at home, even something as small as a lightbulb, are always addressed same week. My neighbors are beyond friendly but at the same time everyone stays to themselves which is ideal. I have no issues with parking spots and guests always have plenty of open spaces near my door. I have nothing but great things to say that's why we've been here 5 years!

John also knew that sometimes the news he has to report is not the news expected for the home buyer, he did not try to sugar coat the issues and explained in detail the damages and what they mean to the home and effects that can be projected issues down the road if not corrected. He explained this all to me with care, as he knew I truly wanted this property but knew that I knew it would be to much to take on for purchase and correction. John made sure I understood, asked if I had any questions in effort for me not to leave in dismay and confusion and needing more clarification. John spent as much time as needed, did not try to quickly do the job and run along without providing me with a detailed full report ready the next day due to contract commitments, with all the concerns, findings and unfortunate incorrect shoddy work done to try and make the home look as if the issues at one time were corrected. I could not pay enough for such a thorough job from a very knowledgeable, professional and awesome nice guy! At the time of signing, I was told "this is a non smoking facility and each unit is individual, so there's no need for a fire escape." I was blatantly lied to by "Property Manager" and after 6 months into my year lease, I learned that the unit I was placed in (Unit 1) is l, in fact, a smoking unit. So I had the horrible smell of cigarettes wafting into my windows as well as up through the floors! Also, "no pets allowed". However, about 7 out of 10 tenants own a dog (i.,e, pitbulls, German shepherds, mixed breeds, etc.) which violates the 43 page lease. This is supposedly a community for low income housing. I was placed in the top (60%) tier due to receiving housing assistance with an income of less than $500/month. Having the ability to take advantage of families in poverty comes from an evil source. There are cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, ticks, flies, fruit flies, carpet beetles...that's just to name those I've had issues with since moving in June 8,2024. I would strongly urge anyone considering moving into Cornerstone at Grassy Hollow to think of your family and reconsider looking at another property. Grassy Hollow is absolutely beautiful on the outside but there isn't that old saying "Never judge a book by its Cover," for no good reason. Well, I did & I learned a very valuable lesson.
