Pine cellular is a SCAM AND A JOKE! We were told there would be no breach of contract charges when we switched to AT&T because our phones were NOT WORKING ANYWHERE. This was on multiple different occasions. And then yesterday I get a debt collection letter for $500 for breach of contract! And they just say "sorry nothing we can do about it". 0 stars! Would not recommend to anyone. I guess if you switch because of their suckiness make sure you get in writing that there will be no extra charges! What a joke. read more

Terrible, not even worthy of 1 star. Taking forever to get any service while living in town. Was given a mobile hotspot modem and they charge me service on it and for my past address for the month after I gave them the previous modem. They require I pay the entire bill and in a few months if or when they get to my house they will credit me. Not only do they not want to end my old service but wants me to pay $200+ a month for internet that is worse than dial up. It's ridiculous that I lived a couple blocks away where I had service but will now have to wait months before they get around to my new home. read more

Came here and was highly disappointed with the customer service received from Jacob. I'm visiting from out of town and came with my sister and brother-in-law who had an iPhone on a family plan that went dead. But, that wasn't the issue. The issue ocurred after they opted to buy a new phone, and expressed that they desired contacts transferred from an old phone unto their newly purchased Pine Cellular phone. Jacob was dishonest about the process of transferring contacts and told my brother-in-law he would have to either re-enter them manually or setup his bluetooth at home to transfer. It seemed he wanted him quickly out of the door and simply didn't want to take the time to serve his customer properly...and they bought a phone! Ridiculous. He should have taken care of everything in store. I don't consider myself super tech savvy, but I knew all that was required was exporting and importing of contacts to/from her SD card. I explained to my sister and walked her through the process that Jacob should have...all while sitting in the Pine Cellular parking lot. Ummm...why am I doing Jacob's job? Not okay. I think it's really sad when customers are mistreated because of their lack of knowledge or the technicians laziness. I was even more upset because those customers were my family members. I don't have Pine Cellular, but my parents are planning on relocating to the area soon, and thanks to Jacob, I am advising them and any others to take their business elsewhere. read more

My bill keep going up every month the service works when it want and I call the store in idabel ok and they never answer I got a email saying have to pay 46.07 this coming up bill 10 more and if I needed to talk to someone call and they gave a number call the number and she can't tell me anything cause they don't do cell phone service try calling idabel store no one answer as always when I call I got the freedom plan 25 a month and have not paid 25 seen starting the account read more

I have had service two times with them, both are nightmares. Once 10 years ago I had contract with smartphone, it had troubles so I brought in for repairs, they made me take top of the line loaner, I told them just give me a cheap loaner, they said no, so I had to take the loaner, so 3 Months go by still my phone is not repaired, on the forth month the screen on the loaner gets cracked, on the 4th month my phone comes back, I never saw my phone again I brought in the loaner informed them the screen cracked said I would pay to repair it, they said no you must buy it over $300 dollars and you cannot have your contract phone back until then. The second time I had to put account in another name. So for the last 4 months they have added paper billing charge to my account, every month I have paid in person and told them I do not want paper billing, every month they kept charging me. On the 4th month I was getting upset with the customer service rep (the one I had spoke to the month before who promised she would take it off) well I raised my voice and another customer tried to take me outside and fight because I had raised my voice in the presence of a lady. I'm 62 I have kids their there age, she was not a "lady" she was a child that did not want to listen. In any case this is a lousy company they only exist because they have protectionist laws that prevent anyone else in their market. So we have no choice but to endure their abuse of have no phone. read more
