I really liked this bowling place! It has a full bar and has neon nights! Great for kids and…read morewonderful service.

Some insanely rude staff, and never open bowling. Unless you are in a league (and even then)you get…read moretreated poorly and you can't come in to practice unless it's very late at night. Always problems with Mike, who this time cursed out other open bowlers that came in before us calling them "stupid jack*sses". He's routinely been unkind to alot of other team members and patrons over the years. Unfortunately, this is the only bowling alley in town. For now. I do believe once the new one opens there will be a long overdue mass exodus to somewhere more accommodating. It's all family run I believe, which means job security is at an all time high when otherwise I think most of these behaviors would be entirely unemployable. The ambiance is nice enough yet outdated, and there are perpetual leaks and such in points of the ceiling. Food is alright. Lanes themselves are maintained. There are some good staff members too who do not deserve this review, such as the lane techs, and kitchen/bar staff. Always have been good people. But if the front desk guy wants to close early, he will be rude. He will lie about availability on the phone and he will certainly not hold back to other customers or familiar faces his true opinion of the family of 5 who came in before to bowl in a narrow window on how much he hates them for trying to come in at a time they allow open bowling. They burn through front counter staff. Management can't seem to stay on the same page or give a straight answer the multiple times we've had questions. It's a mess. Calling for availability is always an issue and I feel really bad for normal families who are trying to come in for a good evening.
