I called Biswanger and talked to Tim about the repair, and he said to bring it to them and they would see if the glass could be replaced. Well, when I went back to pick up the chest after having such a disheartening experience with UPS, I was told that the repair was at no charge! I am so thankful that there is still a business that would care enough to go beyond all expectations to serve their customers. I went home and called a company that could come out that afternoon while I used my WFH day to actually work from home. I can spare an hour on those days, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area without so much as an update.
