Well, when our cleaner arrived, her can of oven cleaner was empty and she had to leave to go buy some. She spent over and hour cleaning our small bathroom and I had to have her touch up several spots before leaving. When she cleaned the oven, she threw all the crap and grime onto the floor. She used the same mop bucket that she had previously used in the bathroom (which was, by the way, dish soap and lukewarm water) to mop it up. The floor was still wet when she left, so I couldn't even inspect the kitchen to have her touch anything up. Well after she left I realized that I would need to clean the shower again and mop all the floors. For paying somebody to help me out, it sure didn't do much. I called the management and they did take an hour off of my fee, but honestly I felt like it should have been free. My husband suggested I stiff them because the cleaning wasn't worth a dime, but I paid because I felt it was the right thing to do. I'd find somebody else.
