The interior is inviting and had warm lights everywhere that made the place cozy. They have a wide array of teas to choose from and a good selection of coffee. But the highlight is the cheesecake! We came here 3 times because of that. The first time we came, we tried the vanilla cheesecake, second time was the citron cheesecake, and the third time was the caramel cheesecake. Their cheesecake was probably the best one I have ever had. It so soft and fluffy and not dense at all. The coffee we had were also very good. I had their cappuccino and it was better than the $24 cappuccino I had in Venice. The prices here are reasonable and staff have been nice to us. Definitely recommend this place!

She just turned 12 last week and so with so much joy and excitement, they went to the cafe. The woman (red-haired) opened the door with NO smile, NO friendliness and even after my husband said with so much joy that our daughter was 12. Guess what her reaction was? She said, "Is she really 12?" She was mean and gave terrible customer service. Why would she start with such distrust when he just said our daughter was 12 and had been waiting for a year to come? On the other hand, there was a woman with dark hair who was VERY kind. She smiled and welcomed them and the customer service was excellent. She explained about the cheesecake, different types of milk, etc. We have lived in France for almost 7 years and are TIRED of awful service. Please tell the dark-haired worker she did a great job and ask the red-haired woman to consider her actions because it brings down your reputation. We hope to have a better experience next time.

There is either a cover charge but as long as everybody orders a food or drink, the cover charge is waived. The chocolate cake was amazing and it's super rich but the brookie was really dry. Just skip the brookie. The cheesecake was also fluffy and light. Not what I would say a traditional cheesecake is but was really good. The cats are definitely filled with personality. We had several approach our table, but one, Charlene was very territorial. She chased off other cats and other humans. The place was also very well decorated, with cat trees and boxes, and various places for them to curl up in and allow you to approach them to pet them. The rules are, cats can come to you but you're not allowed to pick them up. It really wasn't a problem, as noted. The cats definitely approached us, Sat at our table, stole our chairs when we would get up, and we had plenty of opportunity to pet, and love on various ones. They also have very cute souvenirs of the cats. Everybody was very kind and welcoming.

Our server was a cute little French lady who told us that the place was a former shoe repair shop. I loved the honey, pepitas, and chia seed in the granola yogurt bowl. The pastries were a chocolate and peanut butter cookie, apple turnover, and an almond/orange brioche. Each one of them was perfect. The hummus officially ruined all other hummus for me. Nothing will ever be as fresh. Don't skip this place when you're in Lyon!

You'd want more soy marinated eggs if it was possible to order them individually! The granola with fresh yogurt, fruit and honey was delectable. I wanted more it was so good. The coffees were perfect as we had some hit and miss during our stay overall in finding high quality, robust, coffee (which was not espresso). The hot chocolate is the real deal, rich chocolate that you add hot milk to to reduce the thick, creamy richness of it. So good. order it! I think they are known for their pastries so order a few brioche, rolls, etc. I wish I knew the french word for the roll we had as that was one of the best we've ever had.. sweet, but not too sweet, soft/airy, buttery with the outside having a nice crispy (flakey) texture. So good. Very affordable too. Wish we found this place earlier during the visit as I would have liked to come back a few times.
