It is just a 7 minute drive from the center of Füssen. There is a broad range of regional and local dishes. We were in a large group and every dish looked delicious. The food was hot and fresh and the portions plentiful. I had the Tiroler Holzfällerpfanne (Tyrolean Lumberjack Skillet) and it was of high quality. If I had one small complaint: the potatoes were just a little bit overcooked (soft), but it did not spoil my meal. There was also a selection of local spirits and drinks and of course, Bavarian beer, including a very local one. I have been living in the area for ten years and this place ranks high in customer service (hard to find around here!) and quality.. And it seems like the locals enjoy it, too, which is important! In short: If you want to have one last Bavarian dinner before leaving the Alps and Füssen, I would recommend this spot for both the view and the food. My girlfriend was happy to jam out to Jack Johnson cd's while I found it to be a strange band for a pub -- but the staff was pleasant and lacking a decent amount if nightlife spots, Mike's is a good fall back point in Lindau for late night fun!
