I like this place because it's cheap. But sometimes paying a little more is better with the attitudes these workers have. I waited a good five minutes to pay for gas. As the workers dragged his feet to the counter after getting something from the back for another customer. What a shame. This is a brand new establishment with horrible reviews to start with. Stopped here with our travel trailer 3/27/24 around noon to use the CAT scale and decided to top off for gas while here too. No issues at all with the scales and no line to use it. CAT scale app worked great and done in minutes. There was no line to get gas either and was able to get the discount with the Pilot app as well. Figured we would grab a snack for the drive and be good to go. I went inside to use the restroom (very clean!) and decided to grab some nacho chips with warm cheese. Reasonable at $2.99 but both cheese dispensers were out and the check out line was about 8 deep. When I finally got to the front, I advised the cashier that the cheese was out and they may want to refill it. She offered right away to go take care of it, but it was going to take time so I declined. I got a little bit out and was fine to settle for that. I was going to drop a star for not being fully stocked, but just realized it was noon.. if being out of cheese is the only issue, I will stick with 5 stars. My boys went in after me and there was no waiting at all. I'm sure they filled the cheese as well and ready for the next customers. This location was a bit off the beaten path from the freeway, but an overall great experience I will stop by for the CAT scales, gas and snacks on our next trip home from S. Ca again! read more

Biggest issue is not having pilot rewards, when i went to give them my card for a coffee they said they don't do that there. Like what you are a pilot and this is a pilots rewards card. Yall are losing more customers than you think because of this decision. read more

I stopped by to refuel my car and get some snacks for the road. I was impressed by the cleaniness of the pilot travel center and their friendliness. One of their staff even cleaned my windshield while I was fueling my car. I felt safe and well taken care of. I will definitely stop by again if this gas station is on my next trip route. read more

If I could give this business a zero I would. The staff is very rude, unfriendly, always speaking in their language, and dismissive. I've come to this location several times and the service is always the same. Let's not forget you have this job because of customers that visit your business. Definitely nice to see a clean and organized station. The food is fresh and you can either get the ones that are already prepackaged or choose the food item you want. Staff is friendly and greets you cheerfully as soon as you walk in. The floors are not stained or sticky like other stations. I was happy to see this nice new Pilot station open in Bloomington. It looks clean and new but after purchasing fuel a few times I realized I was not getting the discount for using my reward card. I called Pilot/Flying J the last two times and got the difference refunded but until I hear that they have the reward card issue resolved I will go back to using the Fontana location which is only a little further. read more

Stopped in for a restroom break on my way home from Las Vegas. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Store was fully stocked on snacks and energy drinks. Great customer service. I was short 9 cents and cashier let me slide so I wouldn't break a bill. On another visit had some issues with my vehicle.
