Bruh what is this. Anyway I guess these are their donuts, look at this slop. Picked one up and it was pretty stale. Took a bite, bit of a sweet taste, with stale bread. Had a cream filling in the middle to help pass it down but would not get a donut here again. Donut: 5.5 read more

The bathrooms were so disgusting! Dirty toilets, toilet paper everywhere, the sinks were filthy AND to top it all off...the hand blower was caked with so much grime, I'm certain that washing your hands in this establishment is a health hazard! read more

The restrooms here are disgusting. The worst of any truck stop I've ever been to, and I've been to many all over the country. I felt like I contracted a disease by just walking in. Hire someone to clean. read more

This place is shady. They're always overcharging and they don't honor advertised deals. When I mentioned it to the cashier he just said "oh my manager needs to take down the sign." It's ridiculous. If you do buy stuff here, pay with cash if possible and always get your receipt!! read more

They do Apple Pay but not Apple Cash like... what? They don't have showers all the parking is paid and smells like Indian food. Come here to use the scale and that's it. read more

Stay away from this place if you're trying to get gas, FedEx seems to like to sit in the pumps and not move and hang out inside talking to the young girls plenty of parking, but they preferred to be in the pumps. it wouldn't get one star rating because of this reason but you can't post unless you rate it. read more

Pilot Travel Centers - FedEx taking up space so people can't get gas - Gas Stations Near Me - Bloomington, California

I like this place because it's cheap. But sometimes paying a little more is better with the attitudes these workers have. I waited a good five minutes to pay for gas. As the workers dragged his feet to the counter after getting something from the back for another customer. What a shame. This is a brand new establishment with horrible reviews to start with. I had hope for this place. read more

Stopped here with our travel trailer 3/27/24 around noon to use the CAT scale and decided to top off for gas while here too. No issues at all with the scales and no line to use it. CAT scale app worked great and done in minutes. There was no line to get gas either and was able to get the discount with the Pilot app as well. Figured we would grab a snack for the drive and be good to go. I went inside to use the restroom (very clean!) and decided to grab some nacho chips with warm cheese. Reasonable at $2.99 but both cheese dispensers were out and the check out line was about 8 deep. When I finally got to the front, I advised the cashier that the cheese was out and they may want to refill it. She offered right away to go take care of it, but it was going to take time so I declined. I got a little bit out and was fine to settle for that. I was going to drop a star for not being fully stocked, but just realized it was noon.. if being out of cheese is the only issue, I will stick with 5 stars. My boys went in after me and there was no waiting at all. I'm sure they filled the cheese as well and ready for the next customers. This location was a bit off the beaten path from the freeway, but an overall great experience I will stop by for the CAT scales, gas and snacks on our next trip home from S. Ca again! read more

If I could give NEGATIVE Stars, I Would!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING Womens Restroom! NO SOAP Available for handwashing... How Can I Trust the Food Being Served at this Location??? I walked into the mens restroom & found only one soap dispenser with a tiny amount of soap left. DO BETTER!!! read more

I stopped by to refuel my car and get some snacks for the road. I was impressed by the cleaniness of the pilot travel center and their friendliness. Store is super clean as it is new. The prices inside are higher than the pilot I use in Jurupa Valley. They also don't give the Pilot Rewards Discount at the pump. They did at first but took it away. The others still offer it.. I drive past this one every day, but will use the one in Jurupa Valley where I work. read more

Biggest issue is not having pilot rewards, when i went to give them my card for a coffee they said they don't do that there. Like what you are a pilot and this is a pilots rewards card. Yall are losing more customers than you think because of this decision. read more

If I could give this business a zero I would. The staff is very rude, unfriendly, always speaking in their language, and dismissive. I've come to this location several times and the service is always the same. Let's not forget you have this job because of customers that visit your business. The staff has no clue what they are doing, always training new hires that seem to quit because you don't see them again. The usual three Indian girls are so rude and can't even speak English well. I will never visit this location again and will encourage you to do the same. I rate them an F in people skills and customer service, read more

Definitely nice to see a clean and organized station. The food is fresh and you can either get the ones that are already prepackaged or choose the food item you want. Staff is friendly and greets you cheerfully as soon as you walk in. The floors are not stained or sticky like other stations. For our paisa crew, they have the bélicon looking crossovers with the animals Check them out! Prices are fair and their item selections are awesome. read more

I came in right now to grab a jalapeño burger and now it's $5.99 when I came in yesterday it was $3.99 this store is ridiculous. This is why you don't have prices on your items because you think you can just charge any customer any price you want read more

I was happy to see this nice new Pilot station open in Bloomington. It looks clean and new but after purchasing fuel a few times I realized I was not getting the discount for using my reward card. I called Pilot/Flying J the last two times and got the difference refunded but until I hear that they have the reward card issue resolved I will go back to using the Fontana location which is only a little further. read more

So they will scan the item and if it doesn't come up they punch in whatever price they want. I've been charged over 20 bucks for a 6 pack. Today I was charged 27 bucks for a bag of beef jerky.Unreal, dispute any and all charges, This place is scamming people like crazyl. read more

Stopped in for a restroom break on my way home from Las Vegas. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Store was fully stocked on snacks and energy drinks. Great customer service. I was short 9 cents and cashier let me slide so I wouldn't break a bill. On another visit had some issues with my vehicle. The manager came out and offered if I needed any info on a tow truck or a repair garage to get back on the road. read more
