I stopped here West Memphis, AR Pilot on 16 Nov 2025. I left my motorcycle at the pump and used the restroom. It was filthy and stunk. No soap in the dispenser, papers on floor etc. I went back out to fill my bike. I tried to use the card at the pump 3 times. Twice card reader once with chip scanner. I then went back in store and waited in line for about 10 min before a cashier asked what I needed. I said fillup on pump 2. She directed me to your self checkout machines which I told I don't use because they never work right. She told me ours work fine. She started the process and told me to just use the card machine to finish the transaction. I inserted the card twice and was given faulty transaction both times i then tried the chip scanner and was given a card chip error. The kiosk then asked if I wanted to contine transaction. I pressed "NO" while I let the whole store know the same. I then was asked what was wrong. I informed her these f...ing things don't work, your pumps don't f...ing work. I'm f...ing done. She then offered to check me out. I told her it's too late. Im going somewhere else. I was a faithful Pilot/Flying J customer because of this experience and complete waste of time (over 25min for a 10 min gas stop). I will never visit a pilot again and will voice it to everyone I know. read more

This is our go to place to get gas when we are in the area. The pumps are well lit at night and very clean. Always a good selection of snacks to get and great gas prices. Bathrooms are always nice and clean. Highly recommend this place for gas n snacks. read more

I never leave bad reviews but the managers at this place are the worst I bought a Bluetooth headset and went the next day because it wasn't working properly manager said I couldn't get my money back only exchange or store credit and I know from experience pilot has a 7 day return policy I left and went to the flying 2 min away from there at 3400 Service Road and was helped with no issues and got my refund read more

It's sad when you travel and stop at places because of their known reputation and it does not live up to it. This Pilot is a prime example of such. This place was not clean at all. The bathrooms were nasty. I'm not sure when they were cleaned last but it had definitely been awhile! Inside the store was hit or miss. Some things were stocked and other items were completely out but you could see it in the back. They had employees standing around talking when they should be stocking. I don't like leaving bad reviews however this Pilot was extremely sad! The staff working Pilot were nice and friendly. However the Denny's (inside Pilot) staff were horrible. Cashier stated she'd be right with us to take our order at the register, but instead she proceeded to the register drawer, stole $37 dollars from the drawer, wrote on a receipt the $37 she stole was "was a tip", mumbled under her breath someone else will take our order, clocked out and left out the door. It was the rudest thing I've seen in the history of Denny's, and for her to steal money from the register directly in front of us was so sad. I would not recommend this Pilot to my worse enemy because the service at Denny's flat out terrible! read more

Reserved a shower 7 after I put all my stuff ready to start shower the switch not working !! Had to find the person while I'm walking half naked back there till they find another shower! Took me like one hour just for the shower deal inside to start it !? What can you say to Amazon the truck stop screwed me ! Or the driver has to be stinking to make it happen ! Stopped here to get gas and use the rest room, once again very disappointed, not only was the restrooms filthy the store was even filthy. We are traveling across the US for vacation and this is the 2nd pilot that we found like this. Never stopping at a pilot again. We will go to Love's for the rest of our vacation. read more

Great location for a travel break. Awesome to use as a Rest stop, intake expected or not.

Don't stop here if you have a sleeping child or just don't feel like being subjected to a loud concert of shitty music while you refuel. They also don't take debit cards at the pumps. read more

This so sad. This brand has a reputation for great coffee, clean restrooms and polite ppl. The restroom was dirty(first one I've seen like this), no creamer cold or in small containers, no milk available for your coffee. The young lady cleaning area was not friendly just full of excuses. No signs stating items unavailable no I'm sorry. Just grumbling how ppl took down her one sign saying the coffee grinder was broken. read more

My husband and I are driving cross country from N.C. to AZ. When ever we do road trips like this, I always like to stop at either pilots, loves or flying j. They are never over crowded and it's always easy to drive in and out. This location was pretty clean! We made a quick restroom stop and decided to fill up the car as well. The bathrooms were extremely neat! I love that. I hate going into any restroom where it's filthy and stinks. This place did a great job at making sure everything was neat, clean and smelling good. This Pilot had a lot of choices when it came to snacks, drinks, food and merchandise. It's always great to have plenty of choices. Check out was simple and quick. The cashier was super friendly. Traveled here on 12/20/2020 with my family. The pumps had trouble taking card payments and you had to go inside to pay. The bathrooms were also disgusting. No soap in the women's restroom and the toilets were dirty. read more

Decent stop for snacks, a bite to eat or a tank of gas. The store has both a Subway and a Wendy's attached. Inside was clean and well stocked with a good selection of hot items as well. The restrooms needed some attention, and the clerk that checked me out was a strange mix of friendly with a frown. Lots of pumps for gas, so no wait when we fille up. read more

This is a Pilot connected to Wendy's. I have a bad review for both. First, Pilot's bathrooms are in need of cleaning. Some moron took all the paper towels out of the machine and dumped them on the counter. There is also writing on the wall. We asked for a slice of cheese pizza and they said they were out and refused to make any. Then we went to Wendy's. My grandmother asked for two hot dogs, 2 for $3. They only had one left so she asked for one half price. They still made her pay full price. The coke machine had no coke or diet coke, although it was advertised. How is this possible?? They also had a dirty condiments counter. They also forgot our kid's meal from our order twice. read more

I'm a professional driver and stopped in to this Pilot specifically for the PJ Fresh food bar.... OH MY GOD! The BBQ Chicken was so messy!! It was PERFECT! Couldn't keep the damn chicken on the bone and it was so moist and tender! The flavor was amazing. Complimented it with the baked beans and oooo you know you're in for some treats when the baked beans have kick! Mac n Cheese is Max N Cheese, but the chicken and beans can't be beat. Whoever gave you the recipe needs money. Lots of money. Top that with the woman who helped me being friendly, smiling, and not treating me like another driver but someone visiting her home, I just can't believe it. It's a Pilot travel center, they have most everything, this one me have the upgraded showers and bathrooms as most do now, staff is friendly, fresh coffee, has both fuel for truckers and gasoline for cars, what more can I say. read more

This place has some of the snootiest, most ignorant employees I've seen. My husband went to get a sub from Subway and there were two people working, but the one was in the back doing who knows what instead of helping make subs. The one lady made my husband's sub and took it to the counter, but went back and made the other customer behind him's salad before letting my husband pay for his food. The rest of the staff just seemed like they didn't want to be there. The only reason for my two stars is because the coffee was fresh and hot and the bathrooms were nice and clean. read more

I'm a disabled vet and like many, also a truck driver. I was thrown out of this Pilot by the manager Carla and a Crittenden County Sheriff Deputy because I have a service dog. Carla told me to leave her store and the deputy enforced my removal threatening to arrest me. The sole purpose I was removed was because of my service dog's breed. He didn't act out, nor was he barking growling, etc. For Pilot/Flying J to promote support for the troops then throw a veteran out seems a little conflicting for me. read more

Went inside to stop for a restroom break and get some drinks. When in line to pay an employee left to go help a woman when she got back she told the woman to get in front of all of us, so my father said "really?" And they mouthed off to us. The lady working I believe the name was Laquisha, she then said "asshole" as we walked away. Very rude and poor service. read more

Just left here, and what a great experience it was! This was my first time with my husband sleeping st a truck stop on a road trip. We slept among the trucks, and then came inside for a shower. I really had no idea what to expect. They have towels and washcloths for you in the very clean bathroom. The woman cashier that assisted us was a blessing. When I came out from my shower, I realized I had forgotten my eyeliner. (That's makeup for the guys). I asked a different woman cashier if they sold makeup, she said no but the 1st woman overheard us, and began digging in her own purse for me! She loaned me her own eyeliner! Every employee that we came into contact here was so friendly, nice, and professional. I hope we stop by in the future! Thanks guys :-) read more
