Fine, you can't hear, great, moving on. So she finally found my photo order after 10 minutes. Then I came in another time to purchase an item and I had a coupon for it (a big coupon too, $15 off an item). After 3 people (including the "manager") could not figure out how to "apply" the coupon, I was eventually turned away. Are you serious? That's something you figure out on the back end as a manager after the customer has left. I knew things were going nowhere when the called over the woman who couldn't find my photo order to help. Oh yeah, she'll take care of this! Then the manager asked me if I still wanted to buy the item after all that. I'm like, uhh no. There was instructions on the back of the coupon for how to accept for crying out loud. I work full time, have 2 kids, I'm just so sick of incompetence!! Now I'm in there again (I know, I'm crazy I just keep going back expecting a different experience), 3 of them trying to do a return for an old lady, talking about points, and several transactions, etc. I stood in line for 5 mins and walked out. Enough is enough. I have to say the people in the PHARMACY are great! They are totally competent and friendly, and get you in and out. It can get more expensive here than a typical grocery store but they have some good quality. They have a few 6 packs for $7 or $8 or even more so this isn't the cheap shit. If you want something to eat they also have food. The shelves are filled with snacks or you can order something at the counter like a gyro. Convenience is the best thing about it. There were plenty of pumps for an easy fill-up. Inside, the store was bright and clean, with clean bathrooms as well. We were tempted by the "Fountain Drinks 89-Cents, Any Size" signs, and grabbed a round for the fam', plus some final candies for the road home. But at the checkout different signs read that the 89-Cents deal was only for gas loyalty club members. Since we don't have this chain at home we though awwe, full-price sodas it is. But the kind clerk without question overrode the register to give us road-trip'sters the stellar soda deal. What a sweetheart! We are planning another fall roadtrip to the Independence area, and will stop here again to fill-up, and sign up for the gas club before we do so we can legit partake in bargain sodas next time. :-)
