I'm noIt a professional traveler or driver but I think this was a pretty standard pilot. It was smaller but the trucks had the back and side to themselves. And the personal cars up front. The Wendy's wasn't open when we stopped by. We actually spent the night in the car here so I can say we felt safe. Plus we went to the restroom that night and it was cleaned by morning. read more

Not the biggest Pilot Travel Center, but it still manages to fit all the usual fare inside, plus a Wendy's attached. Maintains the quality I have come to expect of every Pilot location. Clean and tidy inside. The pumps run great and the windshield cleaner buckets are always full, fresh, and ready. The staff was super friendly and kind. The gas prices are reasonable - some of the best around. They don't increase prices just to somehow justify a clean appearance and commitment to quality and standards. Ample truck parking in back, though the parking availability for regular cars is not much - may not be the best parking lot for overnighting. read more

Nothing but coffee today and it was good. A good selection of ground and brewed to order from their machine and how cool is that? Made fresh and it tasted it, too. A huge selection of other snacks and drinks but since I had just finished breakfast. The lady who rang up my order cracked a joke and was super nice. Five stars. The store was pretty decent. I don't have anything bad to say about my experience here except the showers are small. However, they were very clean and the water gets hot!! The pressure was good also. The food from Wendy's was okay. Overall it's not a bad place to stop and sleep at for the night. read more

if I could give us several stars, that would be my first option this is for the Wendy's restaurant inside the pilot. izonnijta Is a very rude & ugly lady she was not listening to my request on my order. She absolutely ignored what I was saying. I asked her for a sauce and she tried to charge me $.55 when originally she never gave me sauce for my nuggets and it comes with a free sauce I will never ever recommend this restaurant to anybody and management should be watching her and the way she treats her customers. I'm very disappointed and I will never be returning to this location due to this ugly experience I will also be reaching out and contacting wendys. Thank you. read more

One of the cashier ladies is very nosey and into drivers business! I don't believe it's very professional for a cashier to ask about a truck drivers financial means! Weather it's how he's getting and advance and details of how a driver gets it, that's not only very un professional but very concerning that your that into someone's personal life! They are not RV friendly for gas RV's. RV friendly to me means a seperate pump with gas off to the side with easy access for a large RV, thus does not have that. read more

The cashier treated us with my bad manners, she had racist treatment. And she spoke to us out loud, I felt threatened

Not rv friendly and pumps not working. Difficult to get in.definitely not what i expect from pilot

The staff was friendly and helpful. As soon as there was a short line, more people came to the register to get people going. Didn't use the bathrooms, so can't speak to those. There's only one way in and out for regular vehicles, and no RV pump. This place is not the best for RVs. We have a 25 foot travel trailer and if the place were any busier, it could have been a problem getting out of the lot. Anyone towing a longer rig will have difficulty with the place. read more

This place was super gross but the folks were super friendly.I went in to use the restroom and that's all that was OK. I then went to go and make a cup of tea. The drink station probably hasn't been cleaned in several years. The place where you get fountain drinks if you look over on the side of the station it's so filthy. there is mold all over the drink station. I went to go and get some half-and-half and it was spoiled. Then I started looking around and during this time with Covid I am so surprised that their facility looks as on kept as theirs does. I had to stop making my drink put it down and walk out. Clean up! read more

Bathrooms were very dirty, one of the cashiers was great, good customer service and stopped what she was doing to help, the first time I went to the counter the lady was rude, checking receipts the whole time she was helping me, and not helpful when asking about prices of products. read more

After traveling from Las Vegas tbs place has been the worst for customer service!! Subway cashier was very rude, Wendy's was to busy chatting g about their night life instead of changing a Coke tank which is what I ordered. Not surprised by the very low ratings, especially if Michael David is a manager like he claims to be. This individual has absolutely no respect for customers in his store. He was standing off to the side of the registers when I approached one of the registers ( both unattended and both without a "closed" sign ). Another person walked up the other register a couple of seconds after me, and Michael attended to him, ignoring me. He did the same with the next patron, not even acknowledging my presence. Any employee, let alone "manager", with any inkling of customer service would have said "I can take you over here" before attending to someone else. When I called him out on it he became belligerent and condescending, talking to me like I'm stupid for picking the register he wasn't using ( despite both registers being unmanned and apparently open ). I told him to just get me a Trip-Pak and he proceeded to pull out the most bent, crumpled and torn envelope I have ever seen. I told him that was unacceptable, so he proceeded to pull out another nearly destroyed envelope which, again, I refused. He began to argue with me about a Trip-Pak being a Trip-Pak until another employee came over and pulled out one that wasn't destroyed. I get paid by the BOLs I submit, and I can't risk a potentially defective envelope from damaging that paperwork, or being lost due to a bad barcode or torn envelope. I thank the woman that was able to understand this. However, Michael has proven himself not only to be a discredit to the Pilot brand, but utterly lacking the skills and common courtesy required of a customer service position, let alone a "manager". If this is the caliber of manager this location deems acceptable, then I will no longer conduct any business here. read more

This place is awful. I can't say much about the Wendy's, but the selection sucks. Their cooler looks like it hasn't been restocked in at least a week and there's a very limited selection compared to most Pilots. Their fountain soda selection is also very limited, you have about 8 drinks to choose from. Half of their cappuccino ran out as well. It seems to be a trend with the truck stops on I-20. Oh well, at least there's bathrooms and soda. read more
