Today driving South on I-79 stopped at Pilot Travel Center for a break and hygiene stop. My daughter grabbed herself a snack while I checked out the store and worked on my steps. When your driving, you have to get your steps when and where you can The travel center has food lots of it, snacks, drinks, candy and even a hot bar with pizza and such. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A non diesel/gas big RV. It is very very tight and there is only one way in and out. Did not go inside so I can't speak for anything else but there were 2 RVs including our 32 ft Class C motorhome flat towing a car (can't back that rig up) and another travel trailer getting gas plus a pick up truck towing a large trailer and it took us 20 minutes to get everyone out of there because of how tight it is! This is the worst Pilot in the USA. Not because it's only about 30 truck parking spots at a "Truck Stop" Or because of the lack of hot/fresh food options. Nope it's because of LISA & the over whelming amount of racism she displayed. When my husband asked to order a cheese pizza, she told him they haven't had any for weeks. Eric walked up & my husband asked him for a cheese pizza he said he would make us one. Lisa starting whispering to another coworker as she stared at us. She gave me the Karen stare the entire time I was in the store and kept one hand under the counter. I give 5 stars to Eric for his honesty, hard work, and customer service. A word of advice to Lisa for her weird, rude, and racist behavior. Just Stop it before you cause your employer a lawsuit. With your stereotyping, profiling, and racist behavior. read more

Purchased $55.81 gas on 11/26/23 and credit card was processed on 11/27/23. As of 12/1/23 Pilot still has a hold of $151 on my card. Tried calling pilot customer service and was on hold for 57 minutes being the 67th caller in line. After the phone rang, a recording came on telling me to call back due to a system error. Generally filthy. Cody (night employee) is too busy on social media to clean or make coffee. This place is a mess. I guess you can only find so many water heads willing to show up in West Virginia but you'd be better off with a wood stump than Cody! Won't come back here ever! I always stop at Pilot when traveling they always have enough parking and the gas is competitive but sometimes it's hard to navigate the parking lot because they get really busy. They always have fresh hotdogs and 2 for 3 dollar deal. If your tired it a nice safe place to rest in there parking lot along the side no one will bother you. read more
