The three-man crew -- Humberto, Cristino, and Victor -- was outstanding. They worked hard, were very professional, and did an excellent job installing the sod. They even went the extra mile and helped me fix a couple of other trouble spots in the yard. Their positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail really stood out, and they left the yard looking fantastic. The only downside was some delays on the sales/scheduling side, but Humberto, Cristino, and Victor more than made up for it. It was a lot more work than I realized to get this done. They did a great job. The pavers look amazing! We did a last minute add to the project which turned out amazing. I am very happy with the work and result. Jack was thorough and great with communication throughout. I think among everyone I've worked with in this project, JK communication was at or near the top which is huge. Jack was also flexible with deducting costs for a few minor issues that were debatable was far as who would be responsible for payment. I also appreciated this. DO NOT USE!!!! One of the most unethical companies I have ever seen or worked with…read more Horrible communication. Had to follow up on every email sent. Never advised when coming out. They would just show up even if i was not available. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condensending. Order sod and trees. Left multiple patches in the sod. Put sod over fence posts I dug out and had to redo. Order multiple trees and asked because it was November and SNOWING, to wait until spring to plant. They refused and when spring came, no surprise every tree was dead and needed to be replaced. A couple months after trees where replaced, a few of them died again. Requested to have them replaced again but they refused saying warranty only good for one replacement. I reminded them their refusal to wait until spring to plant and they said it didn't matter. When I replaced the few trees myself, I found they did not remove the mulch so they planted some of the trees in mulch and not dirt. Use any other landscaping company. You will save money and may actually get what you pay for.
