Funtrackers was the usual, expensive and rundown. I played mini golf and go-kart racing with my family which cost a pretty penny but that's besides the point. After racing I decided to buy a slice of pizza(which for 6.50$ was horrible) it taste like it was made in a microwave with premade crust and lukewarm pepperoni. I order a slice of pepperoni pay and mention "I'll be right back, I'm using the restroom". I go and come back in less than 2 minutes, by this time there was a line of 5-6 people and I stand off to the side. I watch the clerk sell the last peice of pepperoni. So I ask if she had plated mine and she said no, we will make a fresh one. This was irritating but not horrible. So I go off to play a game of mini golf with my brothers. I come back 5-10 minutes later and grab my slice, during this I ask if I could have a second slice because I paid for 1 and she than sold it. She called her manager over and I thanked asked again he told me "no why would you get a second slice". I told him that they kinda screwed me over and sold my slice that I paid for, he proceeds to tell me "No you don't get it you were fucking off somewhere else" I just said okay and thanked the cashier. Regardless if my ask for a second slice was unreasonable, I don't think the supervisor should be swearing at me. read more

SO MUCH FUN! Took our 7 year old granddaughter and spent over 5 hours having a great time. The maze was fun and the rock sifting a cool experience. The go carts had 3 levels, and she enjoyed the "turtle track" by herself and the regular track with each of us. The spin zone and bumper spray boats were both a hit. The mini golf could use a bit of work, but it was great just playing until we didn't want to anymore. Though it was crowded the lines weren't bad at all. And the STAFF were AMAZING! Nice young people and veteran staff were helpful and we always felt safe. A wonderful experience that makes us want to return to Ruidoso again! read more

Family fun in Ruidoso! Kids got to ride go carts for the first time by themselves! So that was pretty cool. Also rode bumper boats. Played in the arcade. I wish they had a food truck nearby or sold food. We would have stayed longer. Also- if they offered a deal package/ticket for all the attractions it would have been nice. read more

Super fun family time! Go karting alone for our 7 y/o, which she thought was amazing! Panning for gemstones was also fun for her, and she got some cool stones! Pricing was very reasonable. We went in the afternoon on a Friday, so it was way less crowded than on the weekends! We will definitely be back when we return to Ruidoso! read more

Worst experience ever.... If there was a no star rating, I would have given them that. The only good thing is that they have me my money back. They are very unfair when it comes to the adults driving their go karts with kids on the same track. Perhaps, maybe kids under 14 should not be on the same track that the adults are utilizing at the same time. The employees are young kids and should not be in a position of authority to watch over the amusements. Some of their equipment is very old and seems unsafe, but we decided to try it any way. It's kind of expensive but if you have a couple of kids and 100$ it'll last a long time. Possibly even some for the next day. They have a special for 100$ (can't remember exactly what it was but we stay two weeks so it's worth it) We all enjoy the miniature golf. The older child teen loved the go karts and bumper cars. 9 year old loves everything but the bumper boats were his favorite. They did it all some things multiple times. We got some sort of group deal because there were about 20 of us. The gokarts are fun - in addition to the standard track, they have an adult one that goes faster than typical gokarts, and a kid one that children can drive themselves. I was told the boats are fun, but I didn't ride them. We did pan for gold, which the kids loved, and we did mini golf, which was pretty standard. read more

Entertaining a 3 year old isn't the easiest job but Funtrackers did an amazing job today! We had the whole place nearly to ourselves as it was late in the day and a Monday. The staff was amazing to follow us to each place our kiddo wanted to go and they were kind, attentive, and very patient with our energetic and very excited girl! I've always gone to Ruidoso for camping and the outdoor activities. I had never even considering giving this place a shot since it was mini golf and go karts. But since i had some time to waste we proceeded to try it and man was it was. The mini golf course is a challenge and being surrounded by the mountain and trees made the outdoor experience even better. Prices are really cheap too. The best part was the go karting which has 3 levels from beginner to expert. Obviously, we went straight to the expert course and it was so much fun! Every turn was a challenge and it was a very lengthy course with very few straight aways. I would definitely recommend to stop by here if you're ever in Ruidoso! read more

Wife and I checked this place out on a Friday evening. The mini-golf course was one of the best and funnest I've played on. Well maintained and challenging. Bumper cars were a hoot if you don't take it too seriously and can stand spinning in circles for no reason at all. Bumper boats left me laughing and soaked leading up to the pro race course. Went to Ruidoso in May. Had 6 adults and 2 children in our party. We went to Pillow's Funtrackers as a family. We all had a blast. The kids could get into the boats at the park "shoot" water canons at their parents. We had so much fun. The adults played like kids themselves. Strongly recommend. read more

We had a pretty bad experience here last month. One of the employees yelled at wife to sit down when she was trying to get out of the cart after the round was over. He yelled at her so loud to "SIT DOWN" that everyone heard him and my 8 years old sitting right next to her was traumatized. We went and complained and their only defense is that it was for her own protection not to get out of the kart. REALLY???? By screaming out loud. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Another guy that we don't know came and supported us because the same thing happened with his family. Very unexpected from a touristic attraction area. Will never come back here again. read more
