Their inspection report indicated that we needed a new roof because the shingles were curling. Our…read morehouse is only 4 years old. The shingles were not curling at all. The person who did the inspection obviously didn't have any knowledge of roofs or roofing materials. Terrible inspection company.

DO NOT get your home inspection done by this company!…read more "Having a inspector with the right qualifications is imperative... an inaccurate or incomplete report can cost you tens of thousands which can make your investment a costly one." Despite this quote being made by the owner of this business, and his slick website, he serves up inaccurate home inspection services. He states all over his website how important it is to have your home inspection done by someone who has been in the business for years, and who is licensed, because many are not! I just purchased my first home, and the furnace needed some work before moving in. I found out from the HVAC company that my furnace was actually manufactured in 1996! Meanwhile, Lee, the owner of this company, wrote in his report of my home that the furnace was manufactured around 2008!!!! Apparently, Lee went on looks alone, and looked at the slew of numbers and letters on the furnace and saw the number 8, and assumed it was from 2008. Both the HVAC company, and a plumber I had who also had knowledge of HVAC systems, were able to look up the serial number on the furnace quickly and let me know what month and where the furnace was manufactured. Lee came back out to the home and said he took pictures of the furnace and was planning on looking up the numbers and getting back to me. He did not send me any information, or apologize for his 12 year discrepancy!! Had it only been a few years, that would have been understandable. However, more than a decade?!?! I would not have purchased this house had I known that this furnace was that old!!!! Lee's inaccurate home inspection will surely prove to be a costly one for me! I asked for him to either refund my money from my inspection, or to pay for a new inspection done by someone else, and he refused. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Make sure that you hire a reputable inspector who actually cares about the quality of his inspections. So incredibly disappointed!!
