The cycle classes are very much the same as SoulCycle. The classes are in Spanish but if you don't speak it just let the front desk know and the instructor will also give instructions in English. I had Claudia and Torres and my instructors and they were both amazing! Super energetic and classes were difficult but that makes them challenging and super worth it. I know some people feel a certain way about working out on vacation but in a place like Mexico City where you eat 10 times a day, I HIGHLY recommend Síclo to even things out!

Even though I paid nearly $20 (US dollars- not pesos), they pretty much told me not to return because I was "behind" compared to the other students. As a fitness instructor myself, I know that is not how students should be treated. There are other gyms and yoga studios in the area - check them out instead of this place. They're cheaper and not as rude!
