And this place is super cute. I absolutely love the theming. It feels very clean, and it's so great for kids. She has a play area set up, iPads ready to go with kids shows and fun car vehicles to sit in for the haircut. She is excellent with the kids, getting them comfortable. My son is very emotional and gets nervous, and he loves going to see her. I really like the overall vibe of the place, and what's cool is they are offering party packages now. Pirate or mermaid parties, anyone?! I'll definitely continue to take my son here. This place is top notch!

We tracked her down after she left where she was previously for many years. Thank goodness we did. This visit was my daughter's first trim and wash in the salon. My daughter is age 3. My daughter felt like a princess, she was engaging with Ms. Melanie while laying back in the wash bowl. She was very cooperative with Ms. Melanie when it was time to walk over to her chair. The very cool interactive chair the kids sit in is the coolest I've seen in a long time long time. While my daughter was being pampered, my son was playing over in the waiting area. Playing with toys that were already on the table. While his Nintendo switch laid on the couch. Yes, my 7 year old placed down his electronic device to play with toys. So, when his turn comes up. He gets a comb out, hair cut (Ms. Melanie asked my husband and I what style and legit we wanted). He also gets a rinse after the hair cut. Which I had requested prior to coming in. My son has been seeing Ms. Melanie successfully for over 3 years. I remember being pregnant with my daughter when I would bring my son to visit Ms. Melanie. We love the space on so many levels. Mermaids having wall clock was cool. The entire themed wall was also a great touch. The interior is 100% accessible. If you need a ramp to access the sidewalk there is one to the right at the end of this building. Which was no problem with us, as my husband is in an electric wheelchair. We also received a first hair cut and picture and a trimming piece of my daughter's hair. From her first hair cut. My daughter had such a great experience, requested that we return to the kid salon the following day. We will definitely be back, not immediately like the next day lol, but definitely in a couple of weeks.

This one is a nice open space, but yet still pretty intimate, and it's super convenient right off of state road 50 in Clermont. Just look for the bowling alley. They recently moved locations, but don't worry, they're still right nearby the downtown Clermont area! So far I've seen two different stylists for my bangs, and they've both done a -- forgive my pun -- bang up job! Really though, I know it's just bangs, but I'm very particular about what I want, and the stylists are great about listening to what you want and ensuring you're happy with the final cut. I cannot wait to return to get my layers trimmed soon. If you're looking for a new place to get your cut or color, I'd recommend this place! Oh, and one more thing I thought was pretty great: they charge a green fee which is a couple bucks more but it goes toward the responsible waste and recycling program of all the discarded hair and products used. Pretty neat, right? So you get a fresh hair cut and/or color AND do your part to help protect the environment. Very cool.
