I was assigned a commission on Monday that was expected to be completed at the latest on Friday, but the client wanted to grab the print in hand by Wednesday to give the framer as much time as possible to frame. I made the mistake of going to a big box retailer for the last minute print, and when they brought it out... Oh, it was terrible. Oversaturated colors. The print itself was too dark. The material they called "photographic paper" was cheap and thin. It had smears and scrapes on the print surface. The black ink looked matte while on a glossy surface, and everything looked blurry. I was totally at a loss, so I paid and left, but ended up asking a client who referred me to Print NH who then took the job so close to them being closed for the day. Also, the print quality was phenomenal compared to that big box retailer -- the colors were on point, and everything was crisp. I was happy, and so was the client. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This shop regularly makes mistakes on print jobs. Offers…read moreabsurd suggestions regarding compensation for incorrectly printed material, even after they admit fault. Example. "I'll give you half off on your next order". This offer was made despite the fact that we had already paid in full in advance for our original order, with an agreed upon proof, that he admitted his shop bungled after the fact. So our option was to order MORE from him, and receive a discount on that order, and nothing was to be done about the incorrect order that we already paid in full for. This man needs a lesson not only in business ethics, but a lesson on how to manage his office in a manner that prevents mass production of incorrect results. If you're reading this, and are still silly enough to use this company, do not fall for the "pre pay discount" they will literally hand you a box of junk, and tell you to screw.

We had never done any upgrades to our cars and Ali made it such an easy and quick experience! He was unbelievably responsive via email setting up our appointment to picking up his car when it was finished. I booked the appointment and was able to get it all done on a Saturday! Despite this initial issue, we decided to give it a second chance and placed a new order: blue (size L), white (size M) t-shirts and an interior bumper sticker. Unfortunately, once again, we received the wrong sizes, with the shirts having exactly the same measurements, despite different labels. In addition, the sticker they sent was for exterior use, contrary to our request. This time, they at least acknowledged the error (since we sent comparison photos) and asked us to return the white t-shirts. We sent the t-shirts and sticker in February 2025, but instead of refunding the money we paid, the company informed us that their attorney would be in touch. After waiting a month without any response, we called again and were met with extremely rude service, even insulting them. Unfortunately, our experience with Seaside Graphics was marked by errors, lack of commitment, and unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and responsible service.
