They sell various flavours of potato chips here. There's also another outlet (with different but…read morefewer flavours) in the peddlers' market (a different building). You can sample the chip flavours to see which you like the best, and even the small pack (quick fix bag) lets you mix 2 flavours. Dill was the best - it was fresh tasting without the artificial dill flavour other brands have. Salt and malt (vinegar) was decent. BBQ reminded me of a packaged brand's seasoning and White Cheddar was a bit weak. Wild Fire was ok - not very spicy. Most chips were good, though the odd one was soggy.

I stopped in and asked a few questions and he was so helpful in identifying which chips he could guarantee were safe, pulled out food labels and wanted to ensure that not only did my son get a safe meal, but a tasty one. This is a rare bakery that has two separate kitchens: one for gluten-free baking, and one for…read moregluten-full baking. They have two separate display cases as well. Although the gluten-free case is smaller it has roughly the same options, with some reduction in variety. For example there are both glutenous and gluten-free meat pies, but on the day we visited beef was not available gluten-free, only chicken. We had a gluten-free chicken pie and gluten-free vegetable galette. They were both delicious. Flaky gluten-free pastry is rare, but these both had it. A small potato and leek soup rounded off the meal. Even though we were no longer shopping hungry, we still bought a cherry pie, a broccoli cheddar quiche, a lemon meringue viennoisse, a gluten-free baguette, another chicken pie and another vegetable galette to warm up at home for the rest of our visit to Dundas. I regret that I missed their pain at chocolat, but they aren't open Sunday or Monday, and I arrived mid-afternoon on Saturday. I hope I'll make it back.

The box itself was lovely, bearing a circa. 1950's picture taken in Cambridge, Ontario. In my opinion, the chocolate itself was OK and nothing more. It was very sweet and did not have the depth I am looking for. I have found that the chocolate/candy in North America (Canada and the U.S.) is sweeter than the U.K. and European chocolate - and less cocoa-y. It was beautifully presented, the packaging and the box itself lovely as a gift.

Personally, by looking at the quality of the chocolate, it didn't blow me away. But they did offer some interesting choices. The prices for gummy candy was way out of line, but they did package it nicely. I guess the prices here speak to the experience. We also bought peanut brittle and pistachio brittle. It was delish.
