From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted warmly and made to feel like family. I came in needing something as simple as watch batteries replaced, but what I found was a place I felt I could truly trust. When it comes to valuable and sentimental jewelry, I'm overly cautious about where I take my pieces. Trust matters. They were fair, fast, and very reasonably priced, and I never once felt pressured. Whether you're looking for exquisite jewelry or simply need a watch battery changed, they treat you with the same care and respect. That says a lot. I feel like I've finally found my jeweler, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. It's rare these days to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and that's exactly what you'll find here.

Before going in, my girlfriend was pretty nervous about the whole process, especially asking to try on different rings. As soon as we walked in, though, we were greeted by Andy, and she immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Andy was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk us through different diamond sizes, qualities, shapes, and settings, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually feel exciting and enjoyable for both of us. You can tell Andy genuinely cares about helping people find the right ring rather than just making a sale, and that made a huge difference for us. I absolutely recommend Sid & Fontan, and when it's time to make the purchase, I WILL be coming back specifically to make sure Andy gets my business. She earned it!
