And there are so many wondrous baubles to choose from! Whether bright apples, or glinty pears, or shiny stars, or even twinkly turtles! and MORE! Pumpkins! well, it's not Tiffany's with their little blue boxes (someday i do want to have a room in my house painted in tiffany blue), but neither do you have to spend $7k minimum on the famous ground floor, just to shop like Audrey did! Swarovski brings its own delight. the shop's a tad small, but an awesome addition to our little middle-of-nowhere Quakerbridge mall of Simon. not to let the cat out of the bag -- ah! yes, they have cats too! -- but they make for great welcome gifts for your group event, for that touch of class beyond a simple place card.

I was not able to get the name of the other employee but Jacklyn and her coworker both helped me find a replacement for a bracelet my boyfriend gifted me. I was freaking out as it was a lovely bracelet that marked the day of my anniversary. Thankfully both of these employees patiently waited for me to show them pictures I have taken with the old bracelet and were able to locate one of the last available replacements. I can now sleep peacefully knowing that I was able to regain my wonderful bracelet. Thank you both.

The store on route one in Langhorne was terrible and it looks like they have transferred the awful employees to the store in Quakerbridge mall. We both purchased the extended protection plan which covers our rings soup to nuts and allows us to size them as many times as we want. Every single time we have gone into the store to get something sized we get a lesson about how fingers swell in the summer and shrink in the winter (because this is the only piece of jewelry I've ever worn and don't understand that). Being told how to wear jewelry that you have purchased by someone that doesn't wear it on a daily basis is rather infuriating. Two different associates have more or less flat out refused to size our rings and gave their suggestion that we continue to wear them to see if our hands get used to the rings/ were told it's the perfect size. This being one of the few issues we have encountered at this place.. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

The purported hook is that Helzberg's falls within 5% of jewelers in terms of certification. This is their response when you negotiate with them. Rather than working with you, the broken record makes most walk away. I also watched multiple employees fail to properly calculate the total for a customer running the numbers 4 times before the customer said, "Let's stop putting garbage in ... the numbers are ..." The total dropped several hundred dollars. Helzberg's has a form asking customers for detailed personal information. Unless the information is necessary to the transaction, the request for even a phone number or zip code may violate state and federal consumer protection laws. Retailer-Beware.

There were two sales people, neither dressed appropriately, both engaged in conversations that did not seem to have anything to do with selling jewelry. We were ignored until another couple came in and said something, then the man working, rudely told them to wait. They left. we would have too, but there was a ring we wanted to see, we sat down, waiting to be acknowledged. We waited at least ten minutes, still no one said anything to us as they continued their personal conversations with no wrap up in sight. We left to shop elsewhere. When we came back a half an hour later, The man wasn't busy, but as soon as we walked in, he immediately got on his phone, and used several swear words while speaking loudly to whomever was on the other end. We were once again ignored. We looked up the ring ourselves, but decided we didn't want it from that location because we were so disgusted with his lack of decorum, and no heed of customer service. We have been to several Kay jewelry stores and this one is the worst. I hope corporate sees this and gives that associate corrective action, he just lost your company our business and I'm sure we are not alone.

(thought bubble pops, back to reality) "Really, as much as I would love to play this fascinating metaphysical quandary out to the end, could you just show me the piece." Silly Rabbit, the buying decision comes later... usually after the customer gets to see it. Zero people in the store on a Monday - me showered, shaved and fortified with extra deodorant and bottle blonde Beatrix (she looked like a Beatrix anyway) is playing hard to get, expecting the inventory to miraculously sell itself. I'm not Jeff Bezos and never did get in on the GameStop craze but I definitely have the look of someone (most of the time) who can swing a bracelet at a chain jeweler without knocking off a gas station. Nowadays the Quakerbridge Mall is an echo chamber of desolation, desperate for mouth breathing customers of any pedigree. Beatrix couldn't be bothered and frankly, neither could I. You know what they say... Every Kiss (off) Begins With Kay.
