My experience with The Fireplace Center was disappointing. While shopping for a new wood stove, I…read morevisited their store and was asked for my address. After learning the age of my home, I was told that they would not work on it because it was "too old." What concerns me is that no one asked about any remodeling, updates, or improvements that may have been made to the property. The decision appeared to be based solely on the age of the home rather than its current condition. Additionally, I found their pricing to be significantly higher than other options I researched. Between the high markup costs and the unwillingness to consider my home's actual condition, I did not feel valued as a potential customer.

In addition, MHS offers phenomenal customer service by making the process easy for the homeowner. We needed someone who was experienced with flooring and painting and was willing to demo and haul away the (considerable) trash and debris. We feel like it was the best decision! Mr. Martin Wipf, the owner, is both highly skilled and experienced. We found him to be completely honest and fair. He is an excellent communicator and we always knew exactly where the project stood - even though we were often out of state. Additionally, Martin made some very good suggestions and recommendations regarding our project that afforded us an opportunity to add beneficial improvements and options to the remodel we would not have thought of or been aware of. We are thrilled with the finished project and can honestly say it exceeded our expectations in every way. There is nothing about the work Elevated Handyman did that we would change! Don't hesitate to hire this company for anything from small home improvements to a total gut renovation!

Nice apartments, great space, great area, quiet but most of all the help that you get from the people who run the place is THE BEST! They made move in very easy and if anything small happened or a situation came up they took care of it ASAP! The only reason I am leaving is because i bought a house! I would have stayed forever if i didn't buy a house. Can't say enough good things. Gonna miss this place! I lived in the same apartment for 2 years. After trying for months to get rid of the smell and complaining multiple times to management, I was finally able to switch units. I was not given any discount or apology for giving me an unacceptable unit reaking of cigarette smoke or the hassle of having to move again. (2) The customer service is poor/unfriendly. Be ready to have $95 taken out of your deposit when you move out for "professional carpet cleaning" even though I was never told it had to be professional cleaned, as long as it looked nice. (3) While the apartments themselves are fine, the hallways and common areas are ugly and outdated. The carpets and walls had multiple stains on them and just felt dirty. Lastly, these apartments are incredibly OVERPRICED! I paid $875 for a one bedroom.
