They are very rude! Nurses and receptionist are angry miserable ladys! The male doctors are nice and not miserable!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They sent my labs to a lab out of my network even though my insurance card clearly states which lab it's supposed to go to. They sent it to the wrong place out of y network and now I'm stuck paying a 300 bill. They said not their problem. read more

There are no issues with the front desk staff, they are fine. Came in today to get a Pap smear with Dr Ayubi. She kept asking about my personal life and made incorrect assumptions about me. I came to talk about birth control and nothing else. She needs to quit trying to be a life coach because it's annoying and unnecessary. read more

Had a visit there today with Dr Ayubi, I normally see Nancy but she wasn't available they were behind bc they started a new system which was understandable. But I have never had such a negative visit with a Dr as I did with Dr. Ayubi. I understand she's leaving the practice soon and may be burnt out and checked out. But she was rude and abrupt and the physical examination was painful and abrupt as well. My issues were not addressed as I wasn't able to speak a full sentence without being interrupted or dismissed and I am very disappointed in the visit. I have been with this practice for years and never had an issue and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any gynecologist I've seen. I went back and forth on leaving a review but I just hope she's aware of her actions and treatment to others. read more

Yes, the front desk& the two assistants in the back were both personable& efficient. they made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Ayubi on the other hand was very unpleasant & curt. I had to keep asking her what I needed to do. she frowned the whole while she was speaking to me. read more

I became a patient at Piedmont OB-GYN 2 years ago (2016). The staff seemed unorganized, but not to the point that I would have stopped my treatment with the practice because of it. The following year, I made an appointment for my yearly physical, and the day before the appointment I received a call that the doctor was going to be out of town. It was a busy time of the year for me, so I didn't have a chance to reschedule. I finally rescheduled my 2018 yearly physical, had to wait a month to be seen (which wasn't a big deal; there wasn't anything "urgent" going on with my health). I took off from work 2 hours early to make it to my 3:00 appointment (despite being overwhelmingly busy at work and anxious to leave for an appointment in the first place), only to arrive at my appointment and be informed by the receptionist that my doctor was out of the office. He was at the hospital delivering a baby. I get that part; things happen. My issue is that NOBODY at the office thought to call his patients to cancel appointments. I asked if I could see a different provider since I was already there. I was told, "Oh, they're not going to do that." I was then offered the "opportunity" to wait for the doctor to return. When I asked how long that would be, the receptionist said, "I don't know." I informed her that I didn't have time to sit and wait for the doctor to maybe or maybe NOT show back up before 5:00 (when the office would be closing). I picked up my purse, thanked the girl for her time, and turned to leave. She asked, "would you like to reschedule?" I politely said, "no thanks," but inside I was screaming, "NO! Of course I don't want to reschedule! You guys have wasted an hour of my time because you failed to do your job. If I had been the one to miss my appointment, I would have been charged a no-show fee. When the doctor fails to show to the appointment, all I got was a 'would you like to reschedule?'" This was unbelievably poor practice and customer service. I won't be going back to this office, and if your time is valuable to you, you might consider avoiding this practice as well. read more

The doctors and Nurses are great. I know there is a lot of stupid Hippa type paperwork but did not even get to the reason for my visit until an hour after I got there. Should have sent the paperwork (particularly if there is that much ahead of time) Once I finally met Dr Richardson he was wondeful and very helpful read more
