He gave me a great price, which was a big selling point for me, and a nice 10-year warranty. He even said he will come back yearly for 3 years to inspect the roof to make sure everything stays in to top shape His crew showed up on time and had the roof done in one day. They also did a great job cleaning up. I don't usually write reviews but he and his company deserve to be recognized. I would definitely recommend him. Based upon a recommendation from a neighbor who had NCA Carolinas construct their home's addition,…read morewe contacted NCA Carolinas for a sunroom addition. A representative came out with an architect to discuss our project. They left after a short while, with the promise that the next step was to be the architect contacting us with some sketches. Never heard back from either the architect or NCA Carolinas. Our next door neighbor also had NCA Carolinas come out for their project, and the same thing - they never heard back from them again. All we can assume is that our home additions were not large enough project for NCA Carolinas to be bothered with. The fact that we never heard back from them speaks volumes about their service. As such, I can not recommend NCA Carolinas for any project.

I found G Arc only by chance while searching Yelp for contractors to handle an unusual job of…read morerepairing drywall and painting in a small, awkward space in my kitchen. I got in touch with Gerardo, a young guy running his own business on years of personal and family experience in construction and home improvement. He was very personable and we connected easily talking about improvement plans and projects. He personally handled the job on his own and did it fantastically. Popcorn ceiling was removed, the space and connecting walls repainted and the finished product looked great. I hired him back to install an over-range vent hood and to do a much bigger project of installing laminate flooring. He came in much more affordable than any other offer on these projects and his team did a fantastic job with clean up and timeliness. I can highly recommend hiring G Arc for just about any home project. There's certainly more they can do and my projects barely scratched the surface. If he can't do it, he has the connections that can. My only regret is that I'm moving out of town so I won't be able to stick around to enjoy the improvements to the house. If you hire G Arc, you won't be disappointed!

Tim would always let me know what time he was going to arrive, managed the project around my 4 legged child, and was very professional and courteous day in and day out. I started a project on Yelp and NuBridge is one of the many that responded. I decided to go with NuBridge based on 2 things: 1. The way in which Sarah responded, very professional, kind and extremely responsive. 2. Past Yelp reviews Sarah was again very responsive and professional. She was very accommodating to my busy & early schedule. I can't express enough the communication. Sarah texted me the morning of my appointment providing me with the contractor name and confirming the time again. Contractor Steven was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. With me having to get to work, very grateful for Steven being on time. I wasn't able at this moment to move forward with my project but I'm not giving up on it just yet. A few boxes to check but once those are checked I'll be moving forward with NuBridge.
