Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. He was even awesome enough to make sure he had my daughter (her sweet 16) take a single set and made sure our family took some too! Parties get busy so glad he reminded us!!! He wasn't hovering either, he was good about giving the guests space to take the photos in case they were shy. The backdrop and the props were great too!!
