It was already so stressful prepping for a photoshoot with 3 kids (my daughter, son and husband, hehe), but Jenn reassured me every step of the way. She checked in weekly to see how our outfits were coming along and if we had any questions. She gave us so many options and suggestions of outdoor locations. Her blog was so helpful with tips and tricks on how to prepare for the day. Now back to the most important quality of hers, patience, we were 30 minutes late to the photoshoot because I have a problem following simple directions and reading emails (I mean who doesn't have that problem?). We really appreciated her willingness to shoot in a location she was not familiar with as it is one of our son's favorite places to be. She scouted the area prior to our appointment and you would never have known it was her first time photographing the area. The photos were just amazing! Truly, I knew they would be good, but the final product blew me away. She sent me the slide show and I watched 5 or 6 times and tried not to cry as I admired all the photos that captured my son's personality so well. Tonya had a set up in am empty store front where they were doing pet adoptions. Even with all the commotion she was able to get some great shots of my excitalbe dog and the prices were more then fair. She had different options as far as printing it there, different sizes or having the images emailed to you. I chose to have them emailed as that way I would have more shots. I called a…read morefew businesses and left messages, but Etti answered immediately and gave me a lot of info and options. I was pressed for time to book but her schedule was extremely flexible and her prices were comparable if not better than other photographers I called. Once I suggested the outside photo option (vs in the studio), Etti suggested a few places where we could take the photos which I appreciated since I had no clue on where to go and my son had no preference. Before the shoot she even offered tips on what clothes would photograph well. I paid 1/2 upfront once I signed the contract and the balance on the day of the shoot. The day of, Etti was prompt and was ready to give my son lots of different posing options and tips. It really was easy and fun for us and I couldntve picked a better photographer. I think the best part for me was how fast we got the proofs back to pick from online (shoot on Fri and I received an email on Monday with the photos to pick from). After that, I received the final digital downoads a few days later. SUPER FAST and great quality! I could not be more pleased! I will definitely use Etti again in the future and am going to recommend her to others, she is great!
