When I pointed out that I had not picked the photos, she claimed she had confused me with another customer ...then she AGAIN picked photos before I had a chance to do it, worked on them and sent those to me. When I asked if she could remove a light reflex in my hair from one of the photos she picked she asked if I "want it faker" but did not perform the work. I repeated my request but did not hear from her again. Very bizarre.
