At the last moment. Perfect....what do we need....minister....check.....car and driver....check....photographer....let me defer to the soon to be wife on that one! So, wife to be does her research and gets good ground level intel and gives Amy at And How! a call. She saw her work and heard great things about her. Wednesday is the wedding day...and she was calling on MONDAY. (I wasn't lying when I said it was at the last moment). Even though Amy had a shoot booked for that day, she so kindly rearranged things a little and, BAM, we got ourselves a photographer. Wife to be had several ideas of locations, shots, and even examples of what she wanted. Amy loved all of that and there was a lot of back and forth between the two to come up with some great locations. On the big day, Amy was right on time and ready to go. We had a blast with her as we drove to a bunch of different locations throughout Nashville. She had some great ideas, and between her and my wife, we really ended up with a ton of amazing pictures. Honestly, after seeing what my wife wanted to duplicate and seeing what Amy actually shot, I thought that Amy's work was better time and time again. After making a booking in advance, making all…read moreof the many preparations for our photo shoot, our photographer asked us on the day of our photoshoot if we could move the time. That fortunately was not a major problem for us, but was also not the experience we were expecting after making a reservation, and receiving a confirmation email encouraging us to be right on time, not early and not late. When we arrived, on time, the photo equipment was not set up. In a word, it did not feel like our appointment was a priority. Finally, the photographer did not have any props, so we were asked to hold our 6 year old child, who is not the same height as the rest of us. This was awkward and caused her shirt to ride up a bit. Photographer didn't notice or didn't mention until we were well into the shoot. Jeremy offered to digitally correct this in any photos we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately I have not been able to get in contact with him since then, and he seems to have stopped responding to emails and text messages. If we had been able to purchase a few photos, I could have given at least a 3 star review and possibly 4. We had neither the experience nor the photographs I was expecting and planning for.
