I initially had their services for a few months and decided to cancel. Their customer service is…read more terrible. I had requested to pick up an extra bin and they took weeks. So I decided to cancel them and go with waste pro. However on Monday 5 January 2026, they dropped off 2 bins at my home. I calledthat monday at 430 and i was on hold for 27 minutes before i hung up since they close at 5. I tried calling all day on tuesday and they never answered. Finally Wednesday 7JAN26, they answered and said they dropped them off at the wrong address AN EVEN GAVE ME THE ADDRESS OF WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I dont know how anyone feels about a company giving A COMPLETE STRANGER your address! They said someone would come pick them up ASAP... It is now Friday 9Jan.... nothing. I live in an HOA residence and I get fined for leaving bins out for over 24 hours. I tried calling again and...surprise surprise..... on hold for over 30 minutes. I decided to drive to their offices since it is only 2 miles away. I asked them to please pick them up since I had already requested them to be picked up and they were still there. I told them I got fined for them being out on the street awaiting pick up and that if they didnt come get them I would simply dispose of them because I dont want to keep getting fined. The rep then decided to get smart with me and say he would tell his manager I was throwing away their property.... I replied back saying I can always give them all my fines so that they can pay them since its their failure to begin with. So the rep got irritated and said that "THIS WAS A PRIVATE PROPERTY AND I SHOULDN'T BE HERE".. WOW.. Great customer service there... I said thats fine I will send y'all my fines to pay and the bins wont make it past today. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM unless you want non existent or terrible customer services.
