She did not touch the oven. She did not go under the bed. She's a liar. All very dirty debris, dust bunnies, sand toys Trays to sliding glass doors not cleaned out . Toilets not clean properly complete inside rim black.. stand-up shower, musty not clean. Full-size mirror in master bedroom, not cleaned or fingerprints from my install three days ago.. she's a liar I requested 50% of my payment back she declined I will not have a liar come back into my home to fix what they should've done the first time. If you're going to run a Cleaning Service at least know how to clean.. she uses a fragrance spray to make it smell clean. Be aware of people that use cover-up sense.. she offered to come back, but I'm not going to have a liar Come back into my home..

We've spent hours going back and re-cleaning what she missed, and we're still not done. Some easy obvious stuff, my fiancee said repeatedly I can't believe she missed this. Julia seems honest and nice, I think her intentions were good, so the only explanation I can come up with is that she's not competent to do an unsupervised deep clean.
