When she was going to be delayed, she got in touch immediately. Very pleasant person. After she was done our whole house looked and felt fantastic. I'm definitely going to hire this company again when I need a deep clean -- worth every penny.

Julia seems honest and nice, I think her intentions were good, so the only explanation I can come up with is that she's not competent to do an unsupervised deep clean.

I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms.

I came back this morning, they didn't mop the hallway, they didn't dust anything, they didn't wipe any drawers or closets out, they didn't even wipe the ceiling fan dust off. I even pointed out the dust on fans to the cleaning ladies and not once was told that wasn't included in a deep cleaning for $600. I called the owner of Greentech to let him know for that price the hallway floors and fans should have been cleaned. He continued to talk over me and say they cleaned what they could in 4 hours which was the original quoted price of $400. He wouldn't even listen that we paid an extra $200 and the ladies said they would clean everything. He had a bunch of excuses yelled at me and wouldn't even listen. WORST cleaning company I've dealt with in my years of rentals. Hire them if you want your money stolen & crappy service!!

At no time did you or your agent, clarify the time for 8 June which was the only day I requested your service. ** you are the one who quoted me $150 for my 2 bath, kitchen request. If you look at the picture, it says "pet friendly" products and in the details section it states "pet friendly home". Nowhere in your communication does it say $35 pet fee. How are now coming back to act like a victim? Again this yet another example of your lack of attention to detail. Stop trying to blame me for your lack of understanding. I was clear.

After she got there, she texted me, "normally this would cost $250 plus a $35 pet fee, but we'll do it for $200." Anyway, I was at the place the night before the clean & told her I didn't have enough room in my car to get the rest of the food out of the freezer. I TOLD HER TO LEAVE THE FOOD IN THE FREEZER & I WOULD PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CAME TO INSPECT THE CLEAN & PAY HER. When I got there, all my food was gone! They threw it out! DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. I was very mad, that was a lot of money in food! Then, she told me that while the 2 of them were cleaning, she left the KEY in the front door, which was open while they were taking trash out. She said a young black man wandered into the house, said he wanted to look around, & she let him! After he left, the key was missing & she couldn't find it anywhere! I told her how foolish it was to let a strange man come in, he could've hurt them, and he stole the key, which meant the locks would need to be changed! Luckily for me the owner was too cheap to change the locks so I wasn't charged for that; had I been, I would've had to deduct it from her fee. They did a good job, but had to come back because they hadn't swept off the patios or cleaned some paper that was stuck to the floor. They definitely need to step up their security & follow directions better, but I gave them 4 stars cuz they worked their asses off & the place was spotless afterward. In response to THEIR response, THERE WAS NO CAT FECES ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE. Some litter on the floor, BUT NO FECES ANYWHERE. I don't appreciate that remark!
