I initially had their services for a few months and decided to cancel. Their customer service is terrible. I had requested to pick up an extra bin and they took weeks. So I decided to cancel them and go with waste pro. However on Monday 5 January 2026, they dropped off 2 bins at my home. I calledthat monday at 430 and i was on hold for 27 minutes before i hung up since they close at 5. I tried calling all day on tuesday and they never answered. Finally Wednesday 7JAN26, they answered and said they dropped them off at the wrong address AN EVEN GAVE ME THE ADDRESS OF WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I dont know how anyone feels about a company giving A COMPLETE STRANGER your address! They said someone would come pick them up ASAP... It is now Friday 9Jan.... nothing. I live in an HOA residence and I get fined for leaving bins out for over 24 hours. I tried calling again and...surprise surprise..... on hold for over 30 minutes. I decided to drive to their offices since it is only 2 miles away. I asked them to please pick them up since I had already requested them to be picked up and they were still there. I told them I got fined for them being out on the street awaiting pick up and that if they didnt come get them I would simply dispose of them because I dont want to keep getting fined. The rep then decided to get smart with me and say he would tell his manager I was throwing away their property.... I replied back saying I can always give them all my fines so that they can pay them since its their failure to begin with. So the rep got irritated and said that "THIS WAS A PRIVATE PROPERTY AND I SHOULDN'T BE HERE".. WOW.. Great customer service there... I said thats fine I will send y'all my fines to pay and the bins wont make it past today. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM unless you want non existent or terrible customer services. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. We initially signed up for service because my daughter didn't realize Waste Management covered our area. We were first charged $109 (including deposit and service). Then, at the start of week two, we were billed an additional $69.02. On April 10 at 11:22 AM, I contacted customer service to cancel and question the overbilling. The representative acknowledged the error and stated we would receive a refund of $94.57. Fast forward to May 14--no refund has been received. Instead, we were sent another bill for $48.32, along with notice that the account was suspended and an added cancellation fee of $12.89. Completely unacceptable. I called again today and spoke with the same representative, who was very polite and apologetic. She confirmed everything I described in the account notes but could not explain the miscommunication. She assured me the refund would now be processed immediately and that the service would be canceled. That said, this has been the worst experience I've had with a service provider. For comparison, we returned to Waste Management, whom we used for five years without issue. Their service is reliable, straightforward, and more affordable--no deposit required, lower quarterly costs, and bulk pickup included at no extra charge. Adams has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them. read more

Save yourself from a headache, go with Waste Pro. We have made several calls this week to Adam's in regards to yard bag pick up, which the second lady I spoke with stated 4 bags you do not have to call in. They also have a website you can use that never works. Today is day 4 dealing with this issue and a man answered the phone telling me you have to call in for yard bags.... I tried explaining that is not what I was told in its entirety. He stated if I'd let him talk and I don't want to listen then hung up on me. Who's the one with the issue? Me! That is why I called because again today they did not pick up our yard bags because the driver told me he has a bad back...lol then why are you working? Extremely Disappointed - Adams Sanitation Driver Damaged My Wife's Vehicle, Drove Off, and Management Refuses to Take Responsibility If I could give zero stars, I would. This morning, while Adams Sanitation was dumping our trash cans, one of their drivers hit my wife's Range Rover, ripping up the rear bumper and damaging the rear wheel, then just drove off without saying a single word. The vehicle was parked properly -- the same place it's always been for pickup -- and was in no way blocking or interfering with their route. This wasn't a minor scrape; it was clear, visible damage caused by their truck. And instead of doing the right thing, the driver left the scene like it never happened. Thankfully, I have witnesses who saw everything and can confirm exactly what took place. Right after it happened, I called Adams Sanitation management, expecting them to take the matter seriously. Instead, I was met with complete indifference. They acted like it wasn't their problem, offered no apology, and treated me as if I was the one at fault. The lack of care and professionalism is absolutely shocking -- especially from a company operating heavy vehicles in residential neighborhoods. Accidents happen -- but how a company responds afterward defines who they are, and Adams Sanitation has shown nothing but avoidance and disrespect. Their refusal to take accountability or even acknowledge what happened leaves me no choice but to hire an attorney to resolve this properly. I shouldn't have to chase down a company to do the right thing after their driver caused thousands of dollars in damage and drove away. It's disappointing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. If this is how Adams Sanitation treats their customers when something goes wrong, I'd strongly caution anyone thinking about using them. They've lost all trust and credibility in my eyes. I canceled my service with Adams Sanitation today. I've had to call them more than a half dozen times about missed pickups and not taking all the three cardboard boxes I left next to the can. I called the customer service line to cancel the service and when I told her about the missed pickups and not taking the boxes, her response was, "yeah, we hear that a lot." There was no attempt to try to make it right and keep me as a customer. Do yourself a favor and choose another company. read more

Have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years. "They have grown too big for their britches". They missed pickup yesterday, called their "customer service" and was lied to 2 different calls telling me they would be out to get it. They again lied about picking up our neighborhoods trash the following day. Again lied. No trash pickup. Been on hold for 30 minutes so that they are sure to credit my account for which I pay for twice a week pickup. Im all about supporting local business however when they do not live up to their mission statement then I am done....going with Waste Pro. read more

They usually pick up as scheduled, but we pay twice a week and sometimes they miss the Saturday pickup.

We received service from Adam's Sanitation on September at Renovation Project in Pace (Milton) area. Jasmin was so gentile and helpful, she take care all the process. We received on good time and was removed when we requested exactly prior to Helen hurricane because expected received strong winds and rains wil come near to the area. Thank you, thank you. When we first signed up with this company they were great didn't cause any interruptions with my business. Now they started coming at 9 sometimes 11 o'clock by the time they arrive my employees done left out for work for the day and their driver just lays on the horn causing nothing but disruption in my office horrible customer service on the phone just not the same company anymore you definitely do not get what you pay for with this company would highly recommend using wastepro a much better fit for commercial customers with a higher customer service satisfaction rate. Update#1 just got a call from their representative jasmine apparently due to bill no longer working there they will not hold up to there end of the agreement so I am paying for services I do not not receive I am warning people to use a different trash company BUYERS BEWARE this company is a scam artist the owners don't give two squats about other businesses and how there was under performance and lack of service is damaging because they can no longer do there work I told her to pick it up she then stated that I would have to pay over 25% of remaining contract this has now turned into legal issues as I have been paying and not receiving the service that i agreed to with bill no mater if he's there or not it was a employee of theirs and should be held accountable. We've had Adams service since November 2024 and no issues until recently. Our pick-up days are Tuesday's and Friday's and payment is on auto-pay. 6/27 (Friday), our bin was out on time and no pick-up. 7/1 (Tuesday), our bin was out on time and no pick-up. Because of no pick-up, we left the bin out until the evening of 7/3, still no pick-up. During this time, we had to call Adams several times for assistance. Although the representatives were professional and courteous, we still never got our trash picked up. Our next service day was supposed to be 7/4 (Friday) but because of the holiday there'd be no service. So, now we have to wait until 7/8. It's frustrating and disappointing. read more

Moved to Crestview May 22nd, they have not picked up our yard debris not once... It's now July 8th... We have tried to get this resolved... It's still not resolved. Yard debris is a service we pay for... I have filed multiple missed pick-up forms, I have spoken with the manager Natalie, I have spoken with Peggy the supervisor. TJ was supposed to call me and never did... I am only trying to get my yard debris picked up....... This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Terrible service I. Crestview following the recent tornado storm. Some homes have debris picked up, and they drive right on by others with piles that need to be removed and never return. They aren't equipped for the job, and the city shows zero leadership. read more

I would give this company a zero if it were possible. In 50 years, I have never had so many missed pickups by a trash service. They started out good their first year but in the past 3 months they have missed 9 pickups. We filled out their online missed pickup form multiple times, which supposedly will get the trash picked up or you receive a refund for that day, neither ever happened. We have called them roughly 5 times at this point, and have now fired them. We have posted youtube videos entitled Adams Sanitation missing our pickup if you would like to see the driver sit right next to our trash can and not pick it up. read more

Poor service and communication, not only to the residence, but also to their crew members. Let me add, that it wasn't poor service until they won the contract for the city of Crestview. They will be taking that over on October 1st. Eliminating sections of the rural routes they have been servicing for years. read more

This should be zero stars but that's not an option. This is the third time that they have missed picking up my trash. I pay them monthly to pick up every Friday. I called them today 3-9-24 to tell them that their drivers missed my house 3-8-24 and their excuse was "human error" she said "the report said trash can was not out by the road". I put my trash can out every Thursday night to ensure that I have it out for them to pick up because I know they come at all hours of the day on Friday. If I'm paying a company a monthly service fee I expect them to complete the service the day they are supposed to unless there is extreme weather happening on that day, which there wasn't. So if you are planning to sign up with Adams I would beware that they do not always fulfill their duties. read more

Great work! They pick up the cans as well as black bags full of leaves and grass. When a bag broke, the driver and helper both cleaned it up using cardboard to pick it all up. The driver then apologized for not having a blower to make it perfect. I am very happy, as are my neighbors read more

They can not get their crap together they closed both of my accounts without permission then they took one of my garbage cans. Then when I payed to restart both accounts. I had to repay the can rental fee even though I already had garbage cans at both addresses. The customer service agents are extremely rude on the phone. If i didnt hate waste pro so much and didn't need the twice a week pick up I would not use adams but unfortunately I am between a rock and a hard place. Was really hoping for better service than what I have received especially since this is a mom and pop business. Very disappointing to say the least. read more
